I was told that the front brakes had plenty of life in them. Next day squealing was as loud as ever. Contacted MBGB and spoke with Vera. She was professional, caring and sympathetic. She had the service manager, Anthony, give me a call and he told me that he would have the technician take a look at the front brakes to see if they could figure out what was wrong. My service adviser, Bill Thompson, called me on Friday, knowing that the storm was coming and had my car picked up on Friday so it could be serviced. My car was delivered on Tuesday with no squealing noise. MB of GB has the most caring people on their staff. Vera, first point of contact, outstanding customer service. Anthony, professional and compassionate and made me feel like a very valued customer. Last but not least, Bill Thompson, a very knowledgeable and kind individual who went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of. This is a dealership that constantly earns high marks for service, and my experience exemplifies this.
