We went over my skin concerns and she had some suggestions on what we should do that day as far as add ons and what I could do at home to help my skin. My facial was fabulous and I didn't have any reactions to any products that were used. I also didn't feel pressured to buy anything extra while I was there, some places are very sales-pitchy and I don't like that. They have a monthly subscription you can purchase. You get one facial a month, discounts to their products and add ons and other cool perks. It sounds like a great deal if you get facials regularly! Especially if you're going to try to sell me on something like laser treatments I definitely would prefer to have some literature on that beforehand. I hated having to make decisions with my eyes shut while someone was touching my face. It just felt wrong. Not to mention the furthest thing from relaxing. I wouldn't go back for a facial here, overall I think that everything (the front desk, location, cleanliness, etc...) is fine, I just don't feel comfortable with the sales approach.
