I had to dip my hands in a bowl full of acetone because the lady was too lazy to use acetone soaked cotton and foil on each nail even though she took out her supplies and the customer behind me had hers done correctly. Her station was absolutely filthy. I asked for a clean towel/napkin to put under my hands and she said no. So I grabbed one myself and laid it out. I sat there for 25 mins unattended. Then they move me to a spa chair and tell me that the 2 ladies that just walked in had appointments and needed to be attended first. Which they did. I was shocked and told them they had terrible customer service because he could've told me about this before taking us in. There was about 4-5 other walk-ins there for nail repair and waxing that were also taken care of before they even started on me. By the time they started on me we were over an hour in waiting and they guy sped through my pedi and cut my toe nails sooo short that it hurt. He was huffing and puffing as he did it. I will never return to this horrible, filthy and unsanitary place. PS. They don't even disinfect the spa chairs before the next customer. I recorded it and will be reporting them to the health department. I saw this after already having my pedi started. I doubt they even disinfect their tools and they cut my toe with the cuticle remover.

When they finally started adding acrylic and design the one lady literally freestyled half my nails and said "this way looks better" and looked completely different than the picture I showed.
