If you want to buy a used car (knowing it won't be perfect) than this is place for you!! The 2nd time I drove the vehicle, the "Check engine light" came on. The diagnostics showed there were multiple problems with the EVAP system. in addition to the diagnostic codes, upon inspection, there were multiple worn out seals as well as coolant leaking everywhere. But the final straw for me was when I attempted to drive it for the 3rd time....the alternator was not charging the battery, so I had to have it towed to the dealership. I reached out multiple times, via phone, text and email. All communication ceased once I informed them the vehicle was literally on the flat bed. Needless to say, they will not refund my deposit (vehicle was returned within 15 days and certainly less than 500 miles), they hadn't even notified the finance company! PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BUY A VEHICLE WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!!! Sorry, it is long :( This is the first time I ever left a bad review, but I have to make this known to the public. I purchased a 2020 Tesla M3 from the dealership. When I first arrived to test drive the Tesla the brakes were bad on the vehicle. That's probably the first sign that I should have walked away. But I really liked the car and they went ahead and replaced the brake pads, which I was told afterward that the rotors should have been replaced as well. So after driving the vehicle home to Tucson, it had a very bad clunking sound coming from the front of the Tesla, so I made an appointment with a local shop where I live. Once I got in for the appointment they proceeded to tell me that the lower control arm bushings were so bad that half of them were missing. I then asked if this could have been caught at the time of the alleged inspection of the car at the dealership, and they stated should have never sold the vehicle like this. The estimate for repair came out to $1,900 from Tesla and talked to Brady at Mesa Motors about my concerns, I was told that they would fix it for $1,500.00 (remember I just bought this Tesla from them) I was in complete disbelief that they were ok selling a car like this, and not willing to fix it. I would have even split the cost of the repair since I need to take some responsibility. But the bottom line is they are selling cars and not being open about the current issues of the vehicles. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this organization please take it to an independent shop before you give them your money. I regret buying this Tesla from them. Don't make the mistake I did. Now I am out $1,900.00 that was not planning on spending as I decided to have Tesla do the repairs not trusting this dealership. read more

Don't make the mistake of shopping here for a vehicle. Literally sold me a car without a safety inspection completed, over priced and undervalued my trade in drastically. Ran my credit several times until asking me which bank I'm currently affiliated with. Gave me an entire run around to fix my cars issues, had me take off work and drop the car off to be done by 5pm. Only to find out they hadn't even ordered the parts needed, which they knew of five days prior with clear pictures sent. Would not budge on any total price and lied to me saying the car was inspected. Later admitted it was a clerical error and some how this car slipped through the cracks. Bad experience. Got pre-approved for a car, drove an hour to Mesa Motors to check it out. I asked about my financing (poor credit but approved for $10,995 with $3000 down. I took a look at the car and liked the car and asked about my payments. The salesperson then tells me I'm not approved for that car. He tells me the price is $2000 above the online advertised price because of my financing. so, they already are considering poor credit in the financing and they are trying to charge me an extra $2000 on the actual price of the car! Bought a truck recently from Adam. There were a couple issues with it originally that got repaired up front. But now, two months later, we're having the same issues pop up. Took it in to my mechanic and he basically said everything is original to the engine and that there's no way that there could've been these repairs done recently. Needless to say I'm furious. I called Adam to ask for a paper trail/invoices from original repairs and he basically had no clue what I was talking about. Denied everything. Essentially Adam sold us a lemon. They sold my mom who is on a fixed income a car from this place and they replaced the tires but they left a rotting split spare tire. They also told her that they aligned the car but when we looked at it the rear back tire was way out of line. We took it to a place we trusted to get it aligned and the mechanic said there is no way Mesa Motors did an alignment because the rack was so messed up they could not have done one with out replacing the rack. Took a trip with my wife from Wisconsin to El Paso to purchase a vehicle. We had our eye on a 2011 Lexus CT200H. We did our homework and asked plenty of questions regarding the details of the car. The dealer seemed friendly and eager. We explained our situation and how we would be making a deal if everything checked out okay. Our major concern was on the overall condition of the car. My wife has had her eye out for this car for a while and was excited to finally go check it out. We crossed our fingers and took a trip. Upon arriving to the dealership the disappointment began to slightly develop. It's obvious that only so many details can be disclosed through phone calls, but this was far from accurate. The car had scratches on all corners including deep scratches requiring new paint. The paint was Dull and sun scorched in areas. Tires had about 20% tread. The driver window was going out and the moon roof did not want to fully open. The check engine light was off. I handed the dealer my ID and took it on a slight test drive. We figured might as well pay to have it inspected by Lexus considering we spent 500 on the trip. We politely asked if the dealer could drive the car to the dealership so that we could assure confidence. He agreed and followed. Upon arriving to our appointment the dealer waited. I requested my ID and he claimed it was in the vehicle and the tech had already taken it back. 30 minutes later he has a friend pick him and leaves the car with us at the dealership. We explained that we may not purchase the car and someone will need to drive it back (which is why it was suggested they drive the vehicle to Lexus). We searched to see the salesman was gone. He left the car. My wife messaged and asked for my ID and he claimed that we were to bring the car back and collect my ID. We never agreed nor disclosed anything to him about returning the vehicle. We DID NOT even drive it to the dealership. However, we payed 150.00 for a full service inspection because we were very serious buyers and were ready to drive away in a new car. The inspection came back and it showed service records all older than two years. The technician explained that the car had been recently reset which is why the "Check Engine" light was not on. The car was hardly sufficient. It called for quite a few repairs. Needless to say, we paid 150.00 after the dealer decided to not hold up his offer to pay inspection fees. We also paid to have the car insured (Yeah, pretty serious buyers) Unfortunately, we were in a situation where drive-able was good enough and we were going to purchase the car anyway. Until, the dealer began to threaten us to bring the car back as we were sitting at the Lexus dealership. He proclaimed that I was not getting my driver's license back and he would report the car stolen if I didn't bring it. They literally dumped their car on us and left us in a hard situation. Considering, I had no ID I was hesitant to even drive an hour to drop it off. To avoid drama we decided to deliver the car and collect my ID. Both men were extremely rude, claiming we weren't serious buyers even after we paid to inspect the car? After collecting my ID I showed them we were serious and the kid claims, "I wouldn't have sold it to you anyway." Look, we aren't drama queens. We try to be as reasonable and fair as we can. We even loved an excuse to go on a road trip together. This place was an extreme let down. Their information is fabricated and they are just about their money. The rudeness was extremely unnecessary. We were there to spend. There to buy. And they have no real concern for who walks in. They led us across the country to be let down. Fortunately, we found another that was a year newer, 30k less miles and in pristine condition for 1,500.00 less. It's pretty upsetting that they would treat us poorly considering we were 90% closed on a deal. Take your business elsewhere, you deserve better. read more

PLEASE READ!!! Please take this review and run with it. Run fast and do not buy a vehicle from this location or their other location. Absolutely terrible service. I bought a 2013 Lincoln MKZ, and took it back 2 times within the week I bought it for many issues. They had took it over to Iconic (also terrible) to look at why it was making a thud noise when I turn the wheel to the right and left. Iconic said it was "air going up under the tires". I'm assuming a mechanic place knows what they are talking about, right? No, a couple months later I take it to a well known service center and they give me a list of MAJOR issues wrong with the car, control arm is torn, front struts are breaking off, etc. I contact Devin who I worked with to see what they wanted to do about it, and got the typical we aren't doing anything about that. 5 MONTHS I've had the car, and the issues that were diagnosed were due to the same noise/issue I had when I brought it back. AND if Iconic had diagnosed the issues correctly, I would have turned the car back in then and there or BROWN AND BROWN would have had no choice but to fix it. Their response was not our problem. Even though they no longer use Iconic as Devin made very clear. This place buys junk cars and puts them straight on the lot. Disgusted with the way they handled this and the type of business they do. Just save yourself the time, money, etc. I know how much you love reviews, Devin. Didn't you leave Iconic (the mechanic you had me take my car to who clearly knew nothing who also messed up parts on your toyota tacoma) a nasty review too? Do better business. Over heated on the 1 at day the end and 5th day as well never fixed right and engine locked up on me. Andrew brown the owner called me said he wants to make it right. But you can never get ahold of him. Call mesa motors to try and contact him as well. Leave messages to have gin call you never does. Look, Adam Greenfield was real nice, and it was a nice place and the car was a great deal, it's not a bad place to buy a car. NO HASSLE! Before the car had it's problem i was very happy with Mesa Motors, I even posted a great review on Facebook, and i never do that and trust me it's way BETTER THAN CRAIGSLIST, that's a true junk yard what junk cars people are selling. Adam did go out of his way to put the deal together, what's sad is i really love this car. it's what happened after the sale is what is going on, if they refund me my money or do more then just hang up i would not be changing my first review, The car fax report shows a car that was destroyed and i can't sell it being a good Christian. It runs, but over heats with in a few miles and the wiring harness is fried and i spent $107.87 for a new battery along with the new floor mats, seat covers oil change. The car books for $5500.00 if in good shape, i got the car for $2500.00 out the door, it was day 14 that the car was no longer driveable and the car won't pass state smog so, this is what put's this deal upside down. i would run a car fax report on ANY used car before you buy from ANYONE.
