    Bought a car from them couple weeks ago. Had a couple issues with a tail light and head light. They got right on it and fixed it with no charge. They have some awesome cars for sale. Was a good experience buying there.

    I recently purchased a Porsche 911 turbo from JBA 3/18/2019.I have bought and sold many vehicles and this one was the best and easiest one ever.Jeff was amazing to deal with on all levels and gave me a fair trade in value for my vehicles.Although the delivery was a bit delayed due to getting a few parts, this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Great Job Guys!

    In 2 weeks of me buying the car check engine came on I brought it back to you guys three times you told me it was the gas cap after me taking it to different mechanics they told me that the turbo is leaking you are very dishonest and all the comments on here are your friends putting it to keep you in business I just hope you don't scam somebody else I have more messages from Eli that proves everything I'm saying is true truck has bad alignment check engine bad tires I brought it back three times you guys never fixed it

    I bought a 2009 GTR from them I drove it home noticed the ABS sensor out. I brought it back and they were happy to fix it for free. I've read some of these bad reviews and it made me want to leave a review of my experience. Jeff is the best person to buy a car from. This was the single more enjoyable and no bullshit car purchase I've ever made. I can't believe some of the things I'm reading on here. These are standup guys and an honorable business that not only takes pride in their product but values its relationships with its customers. If you are here to see if you want to purchase your next vehicle from them I think you should.

    And we bought this Mercedes-Benz over 2 years ago In 2017 from JBA! E550 twin turbo with less than 20k miles. So grateful to find this gem of a car dealer that can be trusted!     I have written two previous Yelp reviews about the Service Department at Earnhardt Toyota at…read moreSuperstition Springs, and unfortunately, they weren't positive. After those reviews, the Service Department Manager reached out to me personally, listened to my concerns, and assured me they were working to improve. I'm happy to say they have! I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

    I contacted Earnhardt Toyota regarding a recall on my vehicle. They took down all of my information…read moreand created a profile, but told me they were unable to bring my car in because they didn't have the parts available. When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.
