I had a really great experience buying my car from this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all my questions honestly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The vehicle selection was solid, and the car I ended up buying was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The financing process was straightforward and smooth, with no hidden surprises. Everything was transparent, which I really appreciated. It's not always easy to find a used car lot you can trust, but this one definitely earned it. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and an stress-free buying experience.

This is their price breakdown apparently

Not this location, but the one on Broadway was trying to sell me a car that I was fully interested and committed to buy, but then tried say that I HADD to pay gap insurance. Which isn't true in the state of Arizona and on top of that. They tried to sneak in the cost of $2500 and tried to say it was on me to pay a reconditioning fee which is their responsibility. Mind you all of my life, I've never heard of such a thing. So the price went from 11,000 to 17,000 with all the bs they tried to add on. And here's the kicker when I asked why would they set the car so low at first if that's not the true price of it they said I quote " that's how we get people to come in" like HUHHHH so I guess lying to get people to come in is the new thing now

    NEW CAR!!!! Shoutout ideal cars!

BEST experience ever! Shoutout Jalil & Ideal cars for everything! everything was amazing, smooth and now i'm leaving with a mustang!!!

    2020 tire on 2021 Nissan??

Lack of transparency and undisclosed part swaps -- buyer beware!!! This dealer doesn't even deserve 1 star. I purchased a used car from Ideal Cars and later discovered the dealership swapped the tires for significantly older ones (2019 & 2020) on a 2021 model year vehicle.  All 4 tires were different, and for 2 of them, "inside" was showing outside with the tire balancing was not done. They also removed the spare tire and jack kit, along with other original accessories. What's more, the battery died only a couple of months after purchase, despite appearing fine during the test drive. These failures occurred well after purchase, leaving me to suspect additional cost-cutting swaps may have been made. Because this was my first experience with this dealer, I had no way of knowing what had been changed until problems appeared later. A used-car dealership should be transparent about removed or downgraded parts -- especially when they impact safety and long-term ownership cost. I don't know what else was swapped, but the pattern I experienced has made it clear I cannot trust their inspection or preparation standards. For future buyers: Check tire DOT years on tires Confirm spare tire + jack are included Inspect accessories and condition reports Don't assume parts are original or recently serviced I will not be returning to this dealer.  In fact I will tell everyone I know to avoid this dealer and post this message on all social media.

    Leaking fuel tank
    Michael G.

Bunch of shady people. Wouldn't even talk about vehicle on the phone? Like seriously what kind of meat head doesn't do deals over the phone? Was forced to send someone else down. Charges for all these "reconditioning fees" they didn't recondition anything and now the car has a fuel leak and tpms sensors all on the fritz less that 2 weeks after purchase.. if I didn't work 70 hrs a week I'd personally drive the hour out there and personally loose my boot in these peoples rectums but it's not worth it... they are shady and nothing you can do when you buy from a con artist used dealership.. scumbags of the earth. Next day: took it to a shop, fuel tank is leaking, transmission is leaking, air bag light going on and off, TPMs module has intermittent fault.. and has stored codes for trac and abs they apparently weren't able to delete.. they knew they were selling a lemon and dressed it up as excellent and sold it for that condition ... laws or no laws this dealer needs to own up for their bs Taking advantage of an 18 year old girl is sickening

I had a very disappointing experience at Carizona…read more I spent hours at the dealership working through a deal with Danny and a manager. I was presented with monthly payment numbers that I agreed to. I literally signed an agreement. Before signing, I made sure to ask all the right questions. I verified the monthly payment multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what I was signing. After signing the initial agreement, purchasing car insurance, paying my down payment, and providing six references along with proof of income and residency, I was brought into the finance office to sign the final paperwork--the last step before receiving the keys. I signed several documents (privacy forms, warranty paperwork, etc.) before we got to the retail installment contract showing the loan terms and monthly payment. This is where I felt like I was hit with a bait-and-switch. The monthly payment on the contract was about $100 higher than what we had agreed to. I immediately spoke up. We had agreed to **$389/month**. The contract said **$482.09/month**, while the finance manager told me his computer showed **$489/month**. Somehow there were three different payment amounts for the same deal. At that point, I was told they could no longer honor the payment we had agreed to. Whether that was because of the bank or dealership management was never clearly explained. We asked them to honor the agreement we had already signed, but they refused. Instead, they countered with a payment of around $450/month, even though I had repeatedly stated throughout the 7-8 hours we were there that my budget was **$400/month or less**. I walked out of the finance office without signing anything further. To their credit, the salesperson I worked with genuinely tried to make the deal happen, but the final decision appeared to come from management or the finance department. We ultimately left without purchasing the vehicle after spending nearly an entire day at the dealership. We had actually tried to leave around 3:00 p.m., but were assured they had found a vehicle that fit my budget. Unfortunately, that fell apart at the very last step. After canceling the deal, I was understandably concerned about getting my money back. Thankfully, the dealership did process a full refund, and Victor was very responsive and quick to provide documentation showing it was being processed. My insurance company also refunded my policy. Overall, I left feeling that the sales process lacked transparency--which is ironic, because "transparency" was mentioned repeatedly throughout the sales presentation. If a dealership cannot honor the payment being presented to a customer, that should be made clear **before** someone spends hours completing paperwork, purchases insurance, pays a down payment, and provides extensive personal information. While I appreciate that the refund was handled appropriately, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I chose to continue my car search elsewhere. I would encourage anyone shopping here to carefully review every document, verify every number, and avoid purchasing insurance or handing over money until the final loan contract is in front of you.

I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me ! Special thanks to Goldie's and super special thanks to John!

They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. I ended up looking at Hyundai Ioniq 5 N (yes the fast version) before stopping here for 2023 Genesis GV60 Performance. Let me just say, this is by far THE BEST experience. I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. Very low sales pressure, extremely friendly staff, I would stop by again in the future when I'm looking for another vehicle.
