It is a private school that is meant to provide a place where kids and adults can work out and have fun. He lays it out when you first meet him and if he isn't your cup of tea then well wishes. For those like me that have been with him for years you will have the best workout you can get. He doesn't settle for good when you can be great. The gym is small and limited, which makes it difficult to get a proper workout in--especially…read moreduring peak hours. There isn't much space to begin with, and the layout doesn't help either. Equipment is packed too closely together, and there aren't enough machines or benches to go around. When there are a lot of people there, it becomes almost impossible to find a spot. You end up wasting more time waiting around than actually working out. This is especially true after the school day ends, when it feels like the entire student body floods into the gym all at once. It gets overcrowded fast, and the environment becomes chaotic. There's barely any room to move, let alone lift weights safely or focus on your routine. You can't even count on getting a bench because there are so few to begin with. When every piece of equipment is being used and there's a line behind each station, it's frustrating and discouraging. It makes you not even want to go, even if you're motivated. It's supposed to be a place to relieve stress, but it ends up adding to it. If the gym had more space or equipment, things might be different, but the way it is now, it just doesn't work well for anyone. Although I know the gym can't expand since the plaza is so limited.

It's about mental towards yourself and working out. The nutrition is part of it as well. The physical fitness work outs... From 5am to last class at 6:30... Each class is 45 minutes long.... Warm, stretch. Jacks... The main course...core and plank! Monday and Wednesday core, Tuesday upper body strength training. Thursdays lower body. And Friday... My favorite KICKBOXING!!! Bonus classes on Saturdays as well. But not every Saturday..... Weights, bands, for kickboxing- bags and gloves.. in purchased my own gloves.... Can't make it in the the centre??? They have live classes via Zoom and recorded classes via online... Instructors.. World class!!! Eachone has their one personality. They truly cares about you. And great sense a humor. Each brings inspirations to make great experience. Mentality part...... I have tried numerous times at your standard gym.. And failed.... And failed... At the Max.. You feel like you are a family... everyone who has their own goals and only competition is between you and yourself. Speaking of family many family members are going.. For myself its my sister and her mother in law goes here.... Also I love the posture quote at the end of class. The old me would make up excuses on not to go into or do at home workouts. The Max has that positive encouragement that keeps me going everyday! Nutrition- along with exercising dieting is also a huge Factor. We get easy to follow diets. And it switches up as program moves along. They also have protein shakes available for sale along with their Max greens!! Price point... Depends on promotions going on. So please call...
