Out of all of the Workout Anytime's, this is by far the worst. I'm a gym rat, and in the last 27yrs of going to the gym, this is the worst. First of all, as you walk in, look around. Notice that some machines are out of service. They will be like that for a long time. It will mess with your workout routine. Second of all, gym trainers will interrupt your workout to accomplish what they want. I.e. you just did some machine bicep curls. If you turn around and look back again, there might be someone else working out there. Third, what they call music is just loud noise. I guess the owners of this gym have poor taste. Finally, and what really upset me about this gym is that they are thieves. They operate on a finders-keepers-losers-keepers basis. In other words, if you leave something behind, it is theirs to take. That is what happened with me. That day, I live 20mins away. I'd left a piece of gym clothing. It was late, didn't feel like driving back. But as soon as I got home, I called the gym and left a VM. Next day, went back and asked if they found my clothing. No one new anything. They denied getting any message from me. For the rest of the week, I'd ask every time I came to the Stockbridge Workout Anytime. In summary, if given a chance, they will gladly steal from you.

Upon my arrival, I was not acknowledged by the employee at the reception desk. Following a staff change, the situation did not improve. The second employee informed me that she was the only staff member present, was unable to conduct a tour, and that no one else was available to do so. She attempted to contact the General Manager, but he did not respond. I was then asked to wait until a manager arrived, which was not going to happen as i do have a job. I later received a call from the General Manager, during which I shared my feedback regarding the experience. A new tour was subsequently scheduled for the following day.

I have been a consistent member at this location since recovering from a brain aneurysm that left me with limited function on my left side. This facility's proximity to my home has been essential to my rehabilitation and continued health. Until today, my experiences with staff have been overwhelmingly positive, professional, and welcoming. During my children's Christmas break, I decided to use the available 7-day VIP passes so my children could try the facility before I committed to purchasing memberships for them. When we initially checked in, the general manager informed me that my children needed identification. I immediately returned home, retrieved their IDs, and came back without issue. Prior to returning, I also purchased a full membership for my oldest daughter. Upon returning, I attempted to register my other two children for the VIP passes. One of my daughters is currently in the process of changing phones and does not yet have a phone number. She politely asked if she could temporarily use my number. Before I could respond, the general manager abruptly and rudely said no and stated that "as a mother" I needed to get my child a phone number. He then told me I should not be using VIP passes at all and instead should purchase full memberships for my children. The interaction escalated further when I requested my daughter's ID back so I could seek assistance from another staff member. He refused initially and stated that all employees worked for him and would do what he told them to do. He then accused me of "crying" and said my issue was that I was not "having my way." This interaction occurred in front of my children, which made the situation even more distressing. Eventually, another staff member assisted me without any issue, and my children and I were able to complete our workout. One of your employees later apologized to me for the general manager's behavior, which I appreciated. I have never been spoken to in such a belittling, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner--especially by someone in a leadership role. Being told how to parent, spoken down to, and treated with hostility is completely unacceptable. This behavior is especially concerning given my medical history and the importance of this facility to my recovery and well-being. I am now forced to reconsider continuing our memberships beyond January. No member--especially a paying one--should ever be treated in this way. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information regarding any steps taken to ensure this does not happen to another member. Thank you for your time and attention.

If you aren't an employee of Delta, there are a couple other small gyms nearby that you don't need to be an employee to visit. This is a pretty good gym for how small it is. There really is something here for everyone, from machine users to powerlifters to yogis to TRXers to CrossFitters. There are quite a few machines, both cardio (ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, and bikes) and weight (cable machines, as well as the run-of-the-mill muscle isolation machines). Additionally, there is a large free weight area, including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and a lifting platform. There are also plyo boxes, all sorts of balls, and stretching/rolling aids. They have a pretty good class schedule and variety of offerings, especially on weekdays, and the entire gym is open every day except holidays. The locker/shower rooms are really nice and big. For a small fee, they also offer massages. Fees are reasonable (you can get a day pass for $5 if you are here for a short time), and totally worth it to get a major upgrade over the local hotel "gyms."

A thief who sneaks his way into the gym late at night began to vandalize my car because I would not let him in. Unfortunately I placed faith in this gyms false claim of 24 hour security only to find out that the alarm system didn't work. I was stuck inside and the cops were not coming. I watched the criminal key my car while waiving a metal pipe and yelling threats. Don't leave your cell phone in the car. They only care about their property not your life. Once I thought he was Gone I had to brave the danger and run to my car then call the police once I was safely inside. Furthermore, these people kept claiming that I never cancelled my membership and continued to try and charge me membership fees. When I went to meet the manager at the time he said he was scheduled he never showed up. I spoke with him on the phone after his failure to show up at work and he told me that members like myself weren't worth it. In light of all this he still would not commit to stop charging my credit card. He also refused to give the name or number of his superior.

They offer lots of classes at scheduled intervals that you can view on the app. I believe you can reserve your space on the app as well. While attending the class, you start tracking your workout with the app. I'm not sure if they have their own tracker. There are short classes that you can stack, i.e., cycling, rowing and elliptical that are each 15 minutes each. Each sauna took typically holds 3 machines and you can control the temperature from 110 up to 130 degrees. Other classes like iso, barre and yoga are about 35-40 minutes. The front desk is staffed generally until 7 or 8 pm. There is a code that can unlock it after hours for entrance, as it's available 24/7. Hotworx runs challenges often and winners can receive free or discounted monthly membership fees. There's also a strength training area and a shower. There's merch in the front, including a stream suit to help you sweat more. I like the format of the place. My main cons are that the classes are pre-recorded and they don't change as frequently as I would prefer. Overall a solid place to work out that's self-paced.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM, yet I was left standing outside in nearly 100-degree weather for around 20 minutes. What made the situation even worse was that I could see that they were aware I was outside through their Ring camera, but nobody came out to let me in. They allowed my appointment time to pass while I was still standing outside. After I eventually left, I received a text saying they would let me in at 6:45 PM. At that point, the entire situation felt extremely disrespectful and intentional. I also had an interaction with a worker/owner who claimed they did not work there, despite my understanding that they did. The whole interaction was confusing, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. Another major concern was the way the trial/appointment process was handled. I was told about people being scheduled for trials, being stood up or unable to get the service they were promised, and then being charged an $80 fee that they were told was nonrefundable. I personally found the way this was being handled extremely concerning. I also did not feel that the environment was particularly diverse or welcoming. As a customer, I should never feel like I'm being treated differently or like I'm not wanted in a business simply because of who I am. After I said that I would be sharing my experience with my following, I immediately started receiving calls from random numbers and multiple texts asking me to help them "save their look." That made the situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on fixing the customer-service issue when it happened, the response seemed to become about protecting their reputation after I said I would speak publicly about my experience. I'm leaving this review because other people deserve to know what my experience was like before spending their money here. I strongly recommend documenting everything, including appointments, charges, texts, and interactions, if you decide to do business with this location. This place is literally around the corner from home which is what I had been looking for. I decided to follow on IG and download the app to see what the class offerings were. They offer a wide variety of classes in different locations. I love Zumba so I was very interested. There was a special - $20 for unlimited classes for a week. I took advantage of it. Today, I attended the 830 Zumba class. There was plenty of parking. Walked in and the studio was well lit, clean and was greeted by a warm receptionist. The Zumba instructor, Tammie, was warming up and came over to introduce herself. She was very engaging and energetic. The class was lots of fun and definitely a great workout. I thoroughly enjoyed her enthusiasm and hype dance moves. I took a friend along and she enjoyed it too. I will definitely return.
