Never Disappointed at Strong's!…read more We came in for a couple of days to enjoy their beautiful pool aboard our Silverton Motor Yacht. Booked the slip through DockWa and got a perfect spot on the gas dock T. The dockhands were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient upon arrival. The grounds looked great and the pool was spectacular. I also have to give a shoutout to the lifeguard on duty -- he jumped into action when an elderly man was struggling in the deep end. Really impressed by how quickly and calmly he responded. I also ran into a minor issue with my boat when we arrived: the starting battery bank (three batteries) was completely dead. Not bad for 8 years on a set of lead-acid batteries! The service manager, Jay, was excellent -- he ordered three new batteries from Lighthouse Marine and had them installed the same day. He and the service team did a great job, and the pricing was fair for the level of service we received. We always look forward to our visits at Strong's. Thanks for everything!

I had actually apologized to him over a situation and after I apologized that winter, someone cut my outrigger lines. Have a good life. I hope the 300 bucks in time it's spent rigging my outriggers again made you feel good. Oh that's right! And you also accused me of getting my boat waxed by you guys for free even though I paid $350 for it. What a joke cedar Island Marina is. Trash

She was very gracious and helpful. Cedar Island Marina obviously gives its employees the empowerment they need to service their customers. The facilities are clean and well maintained. MaryJo's attitude and excellent service just put the cherry on top. THANK YOU!
