I hung up immediately when I heard the voicemail greeting--no one ever actually answered, despite the manager later claiming staff "tried to take calls." In the morning, the manager refused to refund the room rate and only offered to waive the parking and resort fees. He suggested changing my room, but no immediate action was taken. Maintenance initially thought the noise was coming from the next room's bathroom. When they tried to investigate, the manager claimed the noise came from the neighboring guest instead and that they couldn't enter because the other guest was present. No proper investigation was completed, and my room remained unusable. I ended up paying for a room I could not use, with no real assistance overnight, and received dismissive and inaccurate responses from management. I hope the hotel improves communication, responsiveness, and accountability to prevent this from happening to other guests

The view was great and there is a fountain in the water that lights up in different colors , that was really amazing . The service is impeccable all around , everyone is polite and helpful . We felt welcome as soon as we walked up to the house and met Dave. He gave us a tour and showed us to our lovely (and large) room with a view of the vineyard. Dave and Donna have thought of anything you may need. There's a bar, 24-hr access to coffee, tea and water, board games, pool table, a mini indoor golf set, spacious outdoor seating to take in the beauty of the property or have a drink by one of the fire pits, even microwave popcorn! Dave made us a fabulous breakfast each morning and was super friendly as he presented each dish and chatted with us. If you're considering checking this place out, DO IT!!!
