I got dent in my back bumper. I asked the team at Goldstein Collison center for an estimate and some advice concerning fixing the dent based of several You Tube videos I watched. They were very helpful and said in theory it should work, but also warned some projects aren't as simple as they appear. No surprise, I was unable to remove the dent myself due to lack of proper tools and training. I brought the car back to Goldstein the next day and they fixed it will I waited. The staff was very respectful and friendly and as I said before more than willing to discuss the procedure of fixing the dent. today I had my side mirrors replaced at Goldstein body shop on central avenue in albany. I got an estimate last week from Melissa and was told I could come in today to have the work done. I arrived today and Mellisa helped me. The work was performed quickly and Melissa was absolutely lovely. How did Goldstein find such a wonderful employee. She is terrific and I would definitely return to this business in the future if necessary. Also they make it very easy working with Enterprise - I just left my rental at Goldstein's. I bought a new car from Goldstein that had a few imperfections because one of the sales team was driving the car. I was so aggravated it took so long to get it into the body shop...but 100% worth the wait. They didn't just fix the scratches to make them look better as I thought they would.
