Even when I majorly screwed up ( and to be clear my screw up had nothing to do with 805 Golf Carts) it was all me! Jon ( the owner) handled my huge blooper like he had just finished a two hour massage and drank a martini-he was that chill! He didn't make me feel rushed or stupid or that he had even been inconvenienced. And he had just driven an hour to drop off! The wedding venue didn't allow golf carts ( whoopsie -my bad ‍) and we convinced the venue to make an exception- and they did! Jon rolled with it like a true professional and everything worked out perfectly! The golf cart was beautiful and immaculate and ran perfectly and was dropped off and picked on time. Super easy to book, very affordable and fair rates and very responsive and sooooo easy to work with. When you are stressed about a wedding or any event these guys will make your event go so much smoother! Super friendly 100% of the time -a true pleasure to do business with! I would give them a million stars if I could! The wedding was so much better and smoother because of them! ( We shuttled the more senior guests to the remote/rural ceremony site and it was absolutely a huge part of making the day run smoother). I highly recommend them!

It was a pleasure to deal with JJ on the phone and he sounded very knowledgeable with the question I had. After discussing some specifics, JJ offered to pick up my cart and had a driver at my house about 30 minutes after our conversation. Delivery and drop off were free of charge within a certain amount of miles from his shop. The cart was picked up on a Wednesday afternoon and battery swap was completed that same week on Friday at 11am. My cart was dropped off within an hour of the phone call. JJ dropped off my cart, explained the new gauges and how to charge the battery. JJ's had the most reasonable rate, great customer service and they were professional. They made the process very painless and I will continue to use them for any future golf cart needs.

My old Sennheiser Flex 5000 receiver needed a new battery, Batteries Plus (and 3 other similar…read moreshops in Fresno and Clovis) didn't carry that type of battery. I found one online but realized, I didn't have the tools or skills to open the receiver, to replace the battery without distroying the case. With battery and the receiver in hand, I went back to Batteries Plus and asked if they could replace the battery for me. Even though I bought the battery online, the technician carefully opened the reciever and replaced the battery for me. He wouldn't accept payment but I purchased a pack of AAA batteries to ease my conscience for taking his time and expertise. Thanks, Batteries Plus for such great customer service. This level of customer service is uncommon these days but apparently, from reading some of the reviews here, not at Batteries Plus, Clovis.
