My first call to a Chevy Dealer let me know that they could not even look at my Tahoe until the next day - not even for a quick diagnosis. By contrast, the service manager at Hedricks approved a diagnostic check the same day - which showed that it was all battery related. Could your vehicle have caused the part to malfunction , could I have had something to do with it malfunctioning. I have been working on cars since I was 14 years old and I am 52 now.
