Let me start by saying if I could give a 0 I would. My husband and I have an investment property at Lake Havasu City in Arizona and we were looking at upgrading our golf cart. We did a lot of searching and came across Golf Carts of Cypress on YouTube. They were posting videos of their golf carts for Sale. They had a couple different brands they carried and we decided we liked the look of the Trojan EV X6. We ended up purchasing one at the end of 2023 and they shipped it out and it was delivered in January 2024. The Russian speaking delivery driver showed up at almost midnight and it was pouring rain and then it took him around an hour to unload it from his truck. He spoke very little English and didn't go over anything on the cart with us and it didn't come with a owner manual and there was nothing online either. We ended going over everything the following morning and figured things out on our own and took it for a test drive. We got it up to 38 mph. A couple months went by and we went back out to our place and we weren't able to get it up past 21 mph. Later that year we noticed the batteries would run out of a charge very quickly. We ended up replacing all 5 batteries by the end of 2024. Then the electric parking brake went out a month later. We called all around town to see if anyone could fix it and no one wanted to touch it. When we finally were able to contact Customer Service they told us that they would call around and find a place to service it for us since its under warranty. They found a local dealership and set up an appt for us and when the mechanic came out to look at it he shifted it back and forth looked under the seats and then after five mins said he wasn't able to work on it because it was electric. Why the heck was this company made an appt with if they don't even service electric golf carts. Then that company actually had the nerve to try to bill us $250 for 5 mins and no service. We told them they can contact Golf Carts of Cypress since they were the ones that set up the appointment with them and it's under warranty. Well the company contacted them as well to get payment and Golf Carts of Cypress had the nerve to tell them to go after us for payment. Unbelievable! Now here it is January 2026 and we finally found a place that would service it and after having it for a day they called us telling us that it was the easiest fix and it was only that it was never switched from delivery mode to driving mode when it was delivered and that it was working again. We went to pick it up and when my husband went to drive it on to the trailer it started smoking and wouldn't move at all. The place told us to leave it and they would figure it out. Well days later they called us telling us that the motor brake is bad and they couldn't find anything on it (brand or part number) to look it up to replace it or try to fix it. The controller started beeping 7 times and the whole cart shut off. So with no way to fix or replace this part and no answer from Golf Carts of Cypress to try to get a part the golf cart repair company gave us our money back and had us pick it up. We spent over $16k to purchase it and to now have an unusable golf cart. I did some research online and found out that Golf Carts of Cypress was sued back in 2024 by the Trojan Battery company for 9.3 million for name infringement and they ended up having to file bankruptcy and now all their locations say permanently closed and their website is down and their phone goes straight to a full voicemail box. So now we are sitting on an unfixable cart. read more

FRAUD ALERT!!! BUYER BEWARE! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED! I originally bought my cart 3 years ago. I've had nothing but issues from day 1! Golf Carts of Cypress is excellent at taking your money. They are horrible at backing their product when a warranty issue arises. I could go on and on about the issue I've had from day 1. I'll refrain. My current issue is that I had a warranty claim on a battery issue I was having. They needed to order the part. They shipped the part to the local golf cart repair shop. Now, they (Golf Carts of Cypress) are refusing to pay for the warranty labor. I asked to speak with a manager for 3 months. NOTHING. NOW, no one is answering the office phone and the voicemail is full. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!! read more

Bought two premium, very expensive carts from these folks. Delivered both from Texas. Bad move. Great carts, great features and upgrades. Until they aren't! I've been struggling with trying to find help in repairing a non usable $25,000 vehicle because they email me, won't return phone calls, and tell me to find a local service person to service it - and good luck. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Cart was delivered to Iowa 6/21/24. I notified Danielle on 6/25 that I think something is wrong with the breaks and its not safe to drive. She said i needed to send a video in which I did. No response back from her in over a week, finally got one saying I needed to file a claim myself. I argued that they need to just deliver me another cart as the one they delivered is functional. They said no and I would have to drive 4 hours to a repair shop. Told them that wouldnt happen and they can deliver it to repair shop. A month of waiting they finally came and got it. Brought it to a repair shop up. I didn't get my cart back until March of 2025. Repair shop said they have never had a worst experience dealing with a company than Golf Carts of Cypress Hill. Fast forward to a month ago and the same golf cart wont even get up to 10 MPH. Called Danielle which if lucky you get a response in 10 days. They said I needed to called Axiom, which I did. Axiom says they cant find a dealer so I need to go to EV Titan website to find someone to service. The contact there wont respond to emails nor phone calls. Numerous Golf cart companies in surrounding area even say these carts are a nightmare. Paid over 17K for a 2024 cart that has less than 200 miles on it that doesn't run so here I sit with a golf cart that cant be repaired and other companies wont even take it on a trade because of shitty they are. This company needs to be turned into the Better Business Bureau. Run as far away as you can from Golf Carts of Cypress!!! read more

I had a great experience. Very friendly staff, they take the time to explain all the carts and answered all my questions. This is definitely a high volume store, there were carts coming for service, sales, and transportation companies from all over, but they still take the time to make you feel important. My parents purchased their golf cart here a year ago and it was bumpy, but we figured it was the off road tires. I was with my Dad when we got it and they were very nice. We have only gone 90 miles, my Mom or Dad driving. It continued to progress to a rougher ride. My Mom noticed the back tire wobbling. We called this business as our cart is under warranty, the continued to blame us for "collision" or "off reading". The manager was so rude to my Mom that she will not take it in just to be accused of doing something she didn't do. We paid a tech to come out and it is a baring. I bought a golf cart from this company last year and when I first received it I thought it rode rough, but assumed it was the off road tires. It had gotten progressively worse and we realized the back right tire was wobbling. Me and my husband had only driven it on concrete, and it has been garage kept and hualed in our camper. It is in mint condition with only 90 miles on it. We were accused of hitting a rock and that is why it was wobbling even after we explained out story. Two of the girls that worked there told me they had a mobile tech, but they would have to get with the manager to schedule and approve. I spoke with the manager and he basically accused us of the same thing and told me they don't have mobile techs and was extremely rude. He said I could take it in, but after his attitude and the way we were treated I would rather pay to get it fixed and forget about the warranty if it's going to be this hard to deal with these people. It's a very nice golf cart, but make sure everything is perfect before you leave because you won't get any help. read more
