I have yet to actually receive their services, but my experience with them so far has been excellent. Santos has been helping me figure things out along the way and the mechanic is very knowledgeable on what he is doing. I'm getting an air horn and compressor installed on my husbands Silverado but had missing parts to the equipment I brought in. The prices are practical and fair and highly recommend these guys. What a horrible experience I had that began 3-2-2023. I initially purchased air bags for my Ram 3500 on 11-13-2022, for $1464.00, under a warranty. My initial visit with Michael was rushed and not the best., however, in the end, I ended up giving Awesome Transformations my business and they were kind enough to throw in a valve for manual air. Fast forward to February 23,2023 I noticed a failed pressure system which resulted in air leaking from the lift air suspension bags. I called Michael on Monday, 27th of February and was told to bring my truck by on Thursday, 3-2-2023. When I arrived the installer quickly tried to blow me off and basically said he couldn't find any leaks and insinuated I was lying. I suggested that I leave my truck overnight, to allow the installer to check the air gage and witness for his self that the system was failing. On Friday, the installer confirmed what I had stated all along. The air was leaking. The system is under warranty, which covers the parts. Unfortunately, Michael at Awesome Transformation told me I had to pay for them to look at the air kit, which was leaking air AND under warranty. I also would have to pay for labor to replace damaged (warranted) parts. When I respectfully said that's not fair his reply was "come get your truck and you find someone else to fix it!" This is a bait a switch service - they smile to get your money, but the service and installment is poor quality and don't stand behind the parts and service they offer. My advice to shoppers -stay far away from this place be very careful with this place because the little guy is taken advantage of for profit and now, I am out of $1464.00 and will have to pay another company to install a new system. As an entrepreneur, I understand the importance of standing by the work you provide. So I push my bike in the business and this awesome man I think the owner named Mark comes up to me and says if you need anything let me know. Purchased a backflip bed cover for my Tundra last year at this location. Noticed a couple weeks ago that there was an important bolt missing that helps hold the cover on. This cover gets a lot of use and the bold obviously came loose over the past year. I stopped in and explained what I needed. The counter guy was very nice didn't ask any questions just went in the back and found the bolt and pieces I needed and gave them to me at no cost. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but I was expecting a hassle or at the least to pay for the new parts. The original visit when I purchased the bed cover and had it installed was great as well. I just purchased a Toyota Tacoma and needed a camper shell. I shopped around at the various Leer and ARE dealers, but I found the best service and prices when I walked into Awesome. Troy set me up with the camper shell I needed, and, when he saw I was comparison shopping, he made his quote even more competitive. Troy earned my business for the camper shell. I added on floor mats and a truck bed mat, because Awesome's prices were better than their competitors in these categories too. Delivery took a reasonable two weeks (standard for a camper shell), and the installation looks great. Jason, the shell manufacturer, forgot to include a special wrench for adjusting the shell's roof rack, but Troy made sure to have it mailed next day air.
