Very disappointing experience. I went to this location because the high-mounted brake light on my…read more2020 Kia Forte had gone out, expecting a relatively simple repair. I was quoted approximately $275 for labor alone, which seemed extremely high for a brake light issue. I decided to get a second opinion at another Firestone location instead. The other location inspected the vehicle and found that it was only the bulb. They also checked the wiring and connections and confirmed there was no wiring or water-damage issue. The bulb was replaced without the major repair that I was quoted for at this location it was fixed for $18 at another location. I'm glad I got a second opinion, because I would have paid hundreds of dollars unnecessarily if I had accepted the original quote. Customers should be given a clear explanation of exactly what needs to be repaired and why the labor cost is so high before agreeing to the work. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you're given an unusually expensive quote for a simple repair.
