Great experience from start to finish. Needed a service A done for my GLC, googled places nearby and Lucas Auto Care popped up. Booked online for Thursday, for a service on Monday. They confirmed via text. They also had availability as soon as the next day but I wanted to inquire about pricing. They were very reasonable. Arrived today about 5 min before my scheduled appointment and they asked if I needed a ride. Other reviews mentioned they've gotten them Ubers or a ride back home. However, I had a ride back home already. Good to know though for future services. The people at the front desk were friendly, as well as a few of the techs I got to interact with. Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. Picking up my car and paying was an easy process. Again, everyone there was friendly. Will definitely be using Lucas Auto Care from now on. read more

The convertible top stopped correctly. Sometimes it works now , sometimes not. Just happened after I was in for another service. Can't guarantee it wasn't as a result of other work done . Sure they would deny it anyway . read more

I had the best car experience with Lucas Auto Car Care. I would not have imagined the quality of car care and professionalism I received. I had both engine mounts replaced, HVAC blower and resistor replaced; as well as, the engine oil pan replaced with gaskets due to a leak. They went further and flushed out my engine. My car absolutely drives like it did when I purchased it over 6 years ago. I had the pleasure to work with Adam and Chris they were awesome. This will be my repair shop going forward. I can not say how happy I am I have found a great foreign auto repair shop! I live in Houston and the drive is about 30 Miles each way for me but I don't care because the level of service and attention that is provided to the customer is amazing! This is my third time coming to Lucas and this time was because the car was making some sort of rattling noise and I I had to have my car serviced. They gave me a ride home and pick me up at my car was ready the next day, I could have not chosen a better place to have my car fixed I will never be returning to the dealership ever again! I've been going to Lucas for about 5 years now. There's a reason this place has the reputation it does & manages to maintain a five star reputation. They're the best. Simply said. If you own a foreign/luxury/exotic vehicle & are looking to get dealership quality service w/out paying dealership prices, then this is your place. I'm not going to say that they're cheap. But that's just part of the game of owning a BMW, Lexus or Maserati so not to sound rude but get used to it or go get you a Ford Fiesta. The parts aren't cheap & that's bc Lucas ONLY uses OEM parts which they barely charge any profit on. As for the labor, it's very reasonable & realistic considering your car is going to be in the hands of a mechanic who has the knowledge/experience to work on these types of vehicles which are going to have costly repairs wherever you go. For those of you that got into an accident, Lucas Auto DOES have its own body shop and they work wonders when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and claims. They are great at making your experience easy and stress free. Most of their mechanics have worked at a dealership before & have gone to school for this. They're certified & have the exact same equipment that dealership mechanics have. In my 5 years of coming here to maintain my vehicle, I've never had an issue with my car not driving perfectly. It's always driven like a brand new car & that's bc my car is almost 20 years old, has over 100,000 miles on it AND I drive it pretty rough at times. Taking care of the preventive care recommended by Lucas Auto has kept me, as well as others, safe on the road. It gives me peace of mind knowing my vehicle is safe to drive & that I don't have to worry about something going wrong that could have been prevented. Their state of the art facility is located in the West Houston (Cypress) area. I live almost an hour away & still will only take my car to Lucas Auto bc of how good they've been to me throughout the years. While your car is being worked on, you can decompress in their comfortable, relaxing waiting area where there's complimentary beverages, clean restrooms, a coffee bar & cold drinking water. Or if you need to get back home or wherever, they offer complimentary Lyft rides to wherever need be. Need to get back to Lucas Auto to pick up your car & don't have a ride? No problem! They will even send a Lyft to pick you back up! Or if your car is going to be there for a lengthy amount of time, they will provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle to use for the mean time! Other than the dealership, who does that? Like I said, here you will get dealership quality service, if not, better... at a lesser price. I highly recommend Lucas Auto as they highly stand out from the rest as THE BEST. What originally led me to them in the first place was when I had a bad experience with a very rude employee at the Mercedes of West Houston. After that, I decided I'd never give Mercedes another penny of mine. That's when I decided to look at my other options & discovered Lucas Auto. And since then, I've been a loyal customer of theirs & highly recommend them. Even at times throughout the past 5 years when I can honestly say I may have been a headache/pain in their rear at times, they've always managed to maintain such a genuine, professional, humble & KIND attitude towards me. I had gone to the Service First near my house for an oil change. After messing up my lights and a generally bad service they also told me that I would need to replace all of my tires. I had spent so much that time with them that I decided to get a second opinion before I lost even more money. I took my car to Lucas. I prepared to have to stand my ground and only have one tire, the noisiest, replaced. Needless to say, I was floored when they said that my tires had good mileage on them yet. The representative who helped me was so informative and nice. After leaving my car with them, I was told that there were no problems. This all at no charge. I really appreciated their honesty and when I do have a problem I will definitely be using them. They're so good that I'm willing to drive the 40 mintues to get to them. read more

Stopped into Lucas this morning to have them look at my car. The coolant light had come on this morning. Immediately the Service Manager looked at my car and noticed the coolant was a tiny bit low which could cause a sensor to go off. He drive it into a bay where the certificated Technicians looked at my car. They topped off the coolant, the window washer fluid and replaced a light bulb that had grown out earlier this week.
