Here is my story. Upon entering the associate at the checkout immediately asked if she could help. I was immediately impressed as I made my way to the shoe department by the abundance of quality products on display. I found some shoes that interested me and while trying them on the associate in the department stopped stocking inventory and came over to assist me. Without asking he was there to assist. After picking out some socks to go with the shoes I went to checkout to be greeted again by Carlene. This is where customer service far exceeded expectations. Carlene asked if I was in the rewards program and while I knew my wife had set it up many years ago I could never remember how to access the account. At this point Carlene was determined to find the account for me and we went through every phone number, email address, zip code and name combination I could think of until she found our account. Then she took the time to update the account with current information. While previous reviewers had bad experiences, the associates I dealt with went beyond expectations to deliver high level customer support.

The shoe section we clean and orderly. My wife talked with the shoe guy (sorry did not get his name) but he asked her about what kind of support she needed. He made a few suggestions and offered to get her a pair of each to try on. While she was testing the shoes out he gave her some space to just allow her to get a feel for herself. He then stopped back and said "once your down to your two favorites, put one on each foot and test them side-by-side that way". Great suggestion but again not pushing. She picked a pair and although they were expensive, we tend to keep shoes for a long time so $150 seems worth it! Like the way they helped us and would go back again!

I came back yesterday to get a second pair of shoes and ended up dealing with the same sales person who helped me two weeks ago and left very happy. They had a great selection and the price of the shoes were really good, the store has made a customer out of me just from the service and friendliness this of the staff.

I have owned more "fashion" sneakers than I can count and most of them are just high heels in disguise.... AND.... They are as heavy as a rock ! Over 15 lbs of my luggage weight is typically just in my shoes (!) and that has to stop. As someone who knows nothing about comfortable shoes ... I'm testing the Topo Athletic Ultrafly 6 at the moment. I have 30 days to figure out if this is going to work for me. Well ... 25 days now .. This shoe is NOT the zero drop shoe I was hunting for. There's still a slight heel to toe lift but it's completely different from anything I've worn before. I guess you would call this a "low drop" shoe. The 3D foot scanner in their store confirmed I have very high arches.. which I already knew. From what I have read ... jumping straight into zero drop shoes might be too aggressive for your body.... I really don't know. It's a very specific and individual decision. Every BODY is different. Your achilles might tighten up, your knees might start hurting. Im going to be running today to see how the Topo Ultrafly 6's behave. I'm still on the hunt for a true zero drop shoe.. So far the only one I have found is from Xero Shoes online. If anyone knows of other options out there, please drop me a line

They do gait analysis and can tell what works well for you and where you might put extra weight, and whether you might be a forefront striker,or heel striker and what shoe would best accommodate. There is the treadmill to help you test your run and help you judge if you think that the shoe is the right one to take home with you. If they do not have your size they will gladly order it for you. They have a fabulous stock of quality shoes and other running supplies including electrolytes and gels. There is a large parking lot in the back so don't be discouraged by busy quaint adorable downtown. Please stop in and visit. A quality shoe store with fabulous running, walking shoes, small time feel and fantastic service with a little bit of that extra you need!

This was my 1st experience at Foot Licker and needless to say it was not pleasant. I bought a pair…read moreof $80 sneakers for my 11year old daughter which did not fit her when I brought them home. I paid using two Visa gift cards that were $20 a piece and I put the rest on my debit card. After making the purchase, I tossed the empty gift cards since there was no longer any money on them. I went there today to return the sneakers and the clerk said she would not refund me unless I had the old gift cards. I said "well do you think you can just put the full amount on my debit card and she refused with a bad attitude saying she could only refund to my debit card what I put on it originally. She gave me a store credit for the rest which I told her I didn't want to do since I don't ever shop at that store. She refused again. This was bad costumer service. I will never shop at Foot Locker again. Basically they stole $40 from me.

I had signed up via email to receive new promo for $10 off $20 purchase. When I found the customer service desk to check out. I was waiting on the line when a older white women. Came over and stated I can help you I asked should I follow you and her reply came off as if I was an idiot for asking and said there's a register right here. I asked about applying the coupon and she stated she completed the transaction and I had to pay and she will go back and fix it. That's fine. She started to begin return on items after I had already paid cash. And messed up and cancelled. Everything then asked me again. Do you really want me to do this or are you ok with it like this. I replied I paid you full amount already and the coupon you said you can fix has not been applied. She replies yes. So your ok with it like this. I said no I wanted to use my coupon. She came off annoyed with me. The young lady stepped in to try and help and she even gave her attitude. For trying to help. Once all was done she tells me I am a proud owner of a gift card. I replied but I paid cash. She tells me with a stern attitude I don't know what to tell you? Find something to buy. I am an assistant manager in the communication industry. I have worked for Apple, Best Buy and many others in NYC. This is by far the worst I have ever been treated for such a simple transaction. Very rude. The young lady apologized to me and explained the machine didn't give the option for cash back. Which ok. I understand this. But the older women didn't even attempt to explain this. Andy's passion for golf is evident as he doesn't pay attention to the clock, only to the student's needs and endurance. He obviously studies and studies to hone his craft and contribute to his teaching. It was clear to me that getting the fundamentals was paramount to my long-term success and Andy helped me with every detail and let me practice the nuances again and again. He provided visual aids and even sent me videos after my lessons to reinforce what I'd learned. His ability to see minute body positions and movements indicated to me that he can improve any level of golfer or any specific concern.
