Boy, I am glad my group and I decided to play here. We tee'd off at 830 on a friday morning and finished our round at about noon.The pace of play was fantastic. We decided to play another 18 since we finished so quickly so the pro shop attendant sent us out again right after lunch. Again, the pace of play was great! Lunch by the way was excellent. The best $6 sandwich I have ever had. The course itself is unique in that this part of Central Florida offers some fun elevation changes that the course takes advantage of. Their most unique holes to me were two of the par 3's on the back 9. The tee boxes are mostly all in good condition as are the fairways and greens. Overall, I found the course to be unique, challenging and most importantly fun. It was also a good challenge but also fun for my girlfriend and my dad. The staff at the course was very friendly, helpful and you feel like you wanted to return. Even though they are not on golfnow, I would certainly recommend playing here.

First time Playing here…read more Conditions- 8/10 Tee boxes were the only thing holding back a 10/10. Some of the tee boxes patchy. Greens were just punched but I know if they were not punched these definitely would be hard, fast green! Fairway was very well kept and so were the bunkers. Views- 8/10 Just your typical golf views. Lots of water, you can see birds and turtles a lot, no gators!! You can also see Epic universe from the course which I thought was really cool! Also you can see the big hotel a lot as well. Difficulty- 7/10 I played the blue tees being a 19 handicap. I sometimes had to think on what club to use off the tee box. Lots of water so that will always play a factor. A good amount of bunkers, thankfully I did not go in any but there's always next time. But I say for a Jack Nicklaus company design course it was awesome. Hospitality- 10/10 The bag drop guys were really nice. Got there at 7am so sometimes the guys can still be grumpy but these guys were on it. The Starter was nice as well, letting me know the in and outs of the course for being my first time. After the round the guy offered taking my clubs to my car and offered water as well because it was super humid out. Keep up the good work! Value- 10/10 paid less than $70 to play. I don't know if it was because the greens were just punched but id pay $70 to play again easily. They offer towels, tees, and water in the carts. They have touchscreen gps in the carts. They have bathrooms on the course. Water refill stations on a couple holes. So they definitely make sure the guests are taken care of. Hopefully the summer rates aren't to bad because I will be back! Practice facility- 10/10 Range balls are included in your fees. They have mats and regular grass to hit from. Putting green and chipping area as well. Location- 10/10 Right off of I-4. Also right next to Epic Universe to if you wanna hit up the theme park after your round. Close to downtown Orlando so you can grab a bite after. I like the spot the course was at. Atmosphere- 9/10 The 2 other singles I played with were nice and respectful to the course. Its right next to a hotel so you see some of the workers near the course and they wave and say hi. They had a tournament held there as well that day so if they want to have tournaments theres its a good sign. Good vibes. Food- 9/10 They had a sit down place inside the club house. Did not look at the menu but seemed like its bar food. Cart girls were always coming around with your typical items. But yeah they are options for you while on the course!!

LET THE GRASS GROW !!!!! The fairways are cut to almost zero centimeters of grass, no grass…read moreunder the ball, almost Impossible to hit fairway woods or hybrids without taking huge deep divots. What's worse is the "rough" .... it's barely distinguishable from the fairways..... if they're not cutting the fairways and rough at the same heights it's damn close. 1/16 of an inch height for the fairway and 1/8 of an inch for the "rough"??? Is this poor management, poorly trained or lazy workers, badly maintained equipment or just incompetence ??? OR are they being so cheap they don't have two sets of mowers ?? Either way this is a $25 muni course experience for $65-$105 depending on when you play. Skip it. BTW, I've played these two courses on and off for years, this is NOT a new problem. Also, there's never any rangers driving around, so if you're stuck behind slowpokes it can be a 5 hour round or more. No pace of play enforced at all.

This review is on the Ritz-Carlton Orlando pool and cabana…read more Had a wonderful time celebrating mom's birthday at the ritzcarltonorlando pool and cabanas. I used the resortpass to help plan the best daycation at the pool and cabanas at The Ritz Carlton Orlando Resort. The cabana was absolutely beautiful and very accommodating fully finished with stocked mini fridge, tv, daybed, 4 lounge chairs, ample seating, and towels. We had a pool attendant who took excellent care of us and made sure we never went hungry. The resort pass day pass for the cabana included chip, guacamole, salsa and a fruit platter which was almost too beautiful to eat. Although the fridge came stocked with water and beverages we decided to add on nonalcoholic piña coladas and strawberry daiquiris to quench our thirst. They were so delicious! Later in the day we ordered chicken wings, a chicken quesadilla, and cheese burgers and fries. It's hard to believe that the cheese burger came from the pool restaurant, it was excellent!! If you haven't booked with resortpass yet, what are you waiting for! Thank you ritzcarltonorlando for making my mom's birthday so SPECIAL!!

The entire facility is clean, and the staff are friendly and outgoing. The day I got to play this course it was cart path only due to all the rain so to keep this course nice we couldn't drive on the fairways. I got to do a lot of walking and to see a lot of the course. Hope to get to play it again when I can drive on the fairways. Come play here if you get the chance.

I live in Lee Vista and the recreation clubhouse is included with our home owner's association. The…read morepool is a decent size with a water slide and to the side there is a little kiddie pool. I come here for the gym since I decided to "temporarily freeze" my Crunch Fitness membership due to Covid-19... just until I feel safe to go back. In fact, I use to come here all the time since it's down the street from my house and I can walk. The gym is small .. for now there is a max capacity of 6 at a time and they do require residents to make a reservation to use the facility. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled reservation, they will automatically cancel you. You have a time limit of 90 minutes if you're using the gym and then they close to deep clean and then they reopen again to get the next set of residents in. Because of new regulations and to keep residents safe, you are also required to fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire and to wear masks while on the property. They may not have all the gym equipment that I normally use at Crunch Fitness, but they do have the basics so you can still get a good workout in. Although there are new hours and new rules to follow, the Vista Lakes Recreation clubhouse are doing their part to make their residents feel safe during this interesting time.

The resort style design and two large pools provide ample space for large groups. The pool has many rules that can get annoying at times but it keeps the pool area clean and enjoyable for all so it's worth it. The pool has a cool water slide for kids and adults and the surrounding landscaping makes you feel like your on vacation and not just visiting your local HOA pool. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They are in the middle of adding an accessible pool lift for people with disabilities to enjoy the pool as well. I really enjoy our pool environment and will definitely return on a regular basis. I'd recommend neighbors and friends of to come and enjoy our beautiful pool area.
