as someone who doesn't know how to play golf, i found this place entertaining. my friends spent most of their time on the driving range, and i spent more of my time on the putting greens. i paid about 15 bucks for the largest bucket. i believe $15 = 250 balls?? there are two different sections for the driving ranges, so i doubt you'll have trouble finding a spot. as for the putting greens, there are also 2 different sections to practice that hole in one. 1 of them is actually a 18 hole putting green. (think mini golf without the obstacles) and 1 just open putting area. i'll come back, since its relaxing to hit some balls and chilling on a beer. They serve boba! dafaq. hahah read more

Had a quiet Saturday night to myself and I'd been meaning to check this place out so I grabbed my headphones and made the trek. It's a bit of a drive from Tustin but I'll definitely be back! $11 for a large bucket (150 balls) and $4 beers? Yes please!! Not sure how old this place is but it looks pretty beat up and most of the balls looked like rejects from better ranges but they do have pretty nice mats which - to me at least - is the most important part of any range. They don't have tees either but I carry my own rubbers at all times so no biggie... always gotta be prepared right? ;) There's a double decker range but you can't hit driver off the top so I saved a handful of balls to hit some up there just to check it out. For whatever reason the mats up there are really shitty but they do have artificial grass strips that make it A-OK. At first I couldn't get myself to shift my weight forward as I kept thinking I was going to fall off the ledge but once I got over that I started having fun up there blasting my 4i off into the night sky. They've got a pretty nice putting green - good size and well maintained with some nice contours. They also have an 18 hole putting course that I definitely have to take the wifey to try. Last but not least I should also point out this place is full on Korean which might throw some people off that aren't expecting that but that does mean $7 Hite and OB! read more

I really liked that the driving range was covered. I have never been to a range that was covered. This is a very affordable driving range, but I'd like to ask the management to buy new balls for the range. Their range balls are ridiculous and really should be trashed. The 18 hole putting course could be fun if it was in better shape. I don't plan on returning. read more

I tag along with Michael C too this place. The positives is that on the lower deck they have really nice mats. There's like two sections, one is softer and one is just the regular mat. The crappy thing is that you have buy or put a deposit for tees for a buck. Considering I forgot last time I went I'd like to vent about it. The miniature golf thingy seems kinda fun. Me: Why are there golf balls so close to where everyone is standing? Why don't people hit the golf balls harder? Jason M.: Because sometimes people make mistakes. *Five minutes later* I took a big swing and ended up hitting my tray of golf balls and two balls start rolling off the second floor, landing inches from where I was standing. Me: Oh... I see how that can happen... Jason M.: *laughs* stop wasting balls Needless to say this was my first driving range experience and my first time at any golfing facility. To my surprise, I loved it. I have nothing to compare this experience with but I am definitely a fan. They have a two story driving range, a separate area for lessons, a putting green (free), and a mini golf course (not free). They also serve food and I heard that you can place your order and they will deliver it to you. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to try the delivery service or their food because the kitchen is closed on Sundays. I like the islands driving range better and even Dad Miller. They don't have tees in the mats and the mats were very old and lopsided. We weren't standing on a flat surface. The only thing that's cool about this place is that it has two stories to hit off of. read more

Best prices around for practicing your golf swings. I usually go for the large bucket. $11 for 150 balls, or if you have kids, the $15 for 210 balls is a much better deal (~7cent per ball). The facility is a bit rundown, but it ultimately has everything you need to practice . read more

Open Late!!!! A driving range open till midnight is pretty much one of the best things in Fullerton! The lighting was pretty good, but as far as quality goes it was a bit suspect. The range is not maintained extremely well, even in the dark i knew the grass was a bit rough out there. Also the make you buy a tee if you want one... I didn't know that till we walked to the farthest possible spot- that was a downer. Also don't put here... it was probably the worst green I've ever messed around on. It was like putting on a small forest. But I still had a great time and plan to come back because its a decent range with great hours and lots of spots. read more

Located in the heart of Fullerton(maybe it is, maybe it isn't), I find Golfers Paradise a great place to come and just relax and hit some golf balls. You pay for your golf ball bucket at the first counter you come across, and just choose your spot, then swing away . 4 Stars ~for making it very easy to get situated. Tried out Golfers Paradise on a overcast Sunday afternoon. Price for a large bucket of balls was $11. Range was in pretty bad condition, but the hitting area seemed to be well kept and clean. There also appeared to be some other options at the venue including a Putting course and place to chip. I have also heard that the food is pretty good for clubhouse fare, but we did not get a chance to try. I will probably come back as it is pretty close, but I have definitely been to better driving ranges for the price. read more

One of my favorite things to do with my boyfriend is frequent this spot with our friends and play mini golf. Let me warn you that I'm not a professional golfer nor do I know what I'm doing really with a golf club. But what I do know is.... This place is open late... The people who run this business are extremely rude. They act like the are doing you a favor when you walk up to the window to purchase golf balls. I always have to shout, or go inside the restaurant to get someone to come to the window, and when they do, they act like it's a huge imposition. The place is badly maintained, and dirty. This place can be named as Cavemen's Paradise. I went there last week for a large basket. As I unleash my irons I smelled smoking and found a middle-aged man was puffing cigarette smoke into the air just aside the red No Smoking sign, right behind the hitter's mats under same roof. I am not a smoker and the smell was circulating in the structure, which was very uncomfortable to me. I went to the golf instructor a couple mats away and asked if the man could smoke there. He responded "I don't know. Who? Him over there? Oh, there's a Non Smoking sign there. I thought you were asking me if you could smoke here. I just dunno". What a brainless response. Also told an employee, the only one I could find there, to try to provide better environment about the issue. Just heard from him "Oh yeah? I dunno". I felt that I was pushed aside as a Non Smoker that day. read more

Love this place! It was my first time golfing and going to a range, and my experience was pretty awesome here. It didn't cost much at all, it was pleasing, and it was very accessible to all people. There were plenty of rooms for my colleagues and I to take our own spots (4 people) and hit some shots. It was pretty clean also. They have the monthly membership for like $60. I don't write reviews very often, but wanted to add some updates: - The golf simulator is no more. Apparently it was from overseas, and the parts to maintain the machine had become obsolete and/or no longer available (according to the cashier). - The putting course had many, many divots (which doesn't make sense on a PUTTING course), and looked to be a little water logged. - The ball dispenser at the furthest out stalls at the range only dispensed about 20 balls before running out, and it was the only dispenser within sight. Ended up just getting a refund and getting the hell out of there. - The only rubber tees we saw in the stalls were the ones at the (seemed to be non-operating) camera stalls. If they knowingly don't provide tees, post a note at the cashier window. Pretty lame to lug all your clubs just to find out there's no tees. We were SO excited to use the simulator, driving range, putting course, then eating some KBBQ and enjoying some beer and soju, but all we ended up with is a lot of wasted gas. Bummer! read more

Stumbled across Golfer's Paradise while searching Yelp to find a range I could take my GF/newbie golfer to so she could hit her new clubs. Love this spot! Super friendly staff + food + beer and wine = #WIN in my book every time! And how can you beat 150 range balls for $11? The answer is you can't! The place was packed with everything from non-golfing datenight couples out on the "18 hole putting course" (think semi-serious putt-putt on real grass sans windmills) to hardcore golf junkies (reads -ME) on the double decker driving range obsessing over their swingpath and lag to a few people attending their weekly lesson. I will return to Golfer's Paradise often, as it is everything a driving range should be plus enough more to make it have that something special that makes a business stand out from the crowd. Kudos to Golfer's Paradise owner for creating something unique in our sport by providing the avid golfer a place to grind out a bucket until almost midnight 6 days a week, and at the same time introduce non-golfers to the joy of sending a ball across real grass with the satisfying tap of a rented putter. read more

This is an excerpt from my Travel & Food blog: Thus, we are off to Golfer's Paradise in Fullerton, CA. This course is a "Championship 18 Hole Putting Course" which is a morph between a real golf course "green" and a miniature golf course putting "green". They feature Korean cuisine and a beer garden. Holes range from 43 feet to 117 feet. It still errs on the side of "miniature golf" with nearly impossible angles and being small in stature. However, it integrates "real golf course" hazards like water, rough and sand traps (bunkers). And yes, each of us found the sand trap on multiple occasions. read more

Bought a Groupon for Golfers Paradise and came in today. It's a bit far from home but decided to give it a try. Parking is easy and we walked right up to the windows and the guy helped us out. Gave us our beers and off we went. We got a 2 LARGE buckets of balls but couldn't find the proper buckets for the amount of balls we were getting. The range isn't very green. Not all mats had a place for tees. Kind of a bummer because I had to move around to get to a proper tee. All in all it's an ok place to come. read more

This place has the worst mat quality out of all the golf ranges I've ever been to. You can't even consider them grass, or even fake grass. They literally have what I would call "bald spots" without anything on it. The mats are also hard as rock. read more

This place rocks. As a poor college student, I don't get onto the course as often as I'd like because its an expensive hobby. Golfers paradise is awesome because helps me keep my skills sharp while introducing my friends to the wonderful world of drinking beer while hitting balls. There really is no way I'd rather spend a night than getting buzzed with some girlfriends, eating chicken wings, and blowing off steam with a bucket of balls. It's so much fun to see friends hit their first satisfying shot- the enjoyment and pride gleaming in their eyes as they wonder how they made the ball go so far and with such a beautiful arc! I've come here with the Groupon and without- it's a fairly cheap activity either way. I think the Groupon deal for a pitcher of beer, order of wings, and 2 buckets of balls for $25 is about $10 less than what it could cost regularly. I highly recommend this place for date nights, nights when DTF is just a little too crazy, or any time you just want to hit some balls and relax a bit. I like coming here. I've just started learning how to golf and sometimes going to the nice country clubs in the area is a bit stressful. Definitely not trying to embarrass myself in front of people. The driving range is located in between a couple hills. The range is made up of dirt and patchy grass or weeds but they have yardage markers to know how far you're hitting the ball. The prices are reasonable and they're open late. They also have a 18 hole putting course that I've never tried but it looks nice. Overall for the price, and for the right type of golfer this place is nice and good enough. read more

I really enjoyed my evening at Golfers Paradise! My favorite thing about GP is that the driving range stays open LATE!! I really wish more ranges stayed open late, especially one that was closer to Tustin!! It's about a 30min drive (in the evening without traffic) to Golfers Paradise, but the great prices, the layout/grounds, and hours still make this driving range and putting course, one of my regular spots to practice! I'm hoping next time I visit GP to practice that I'll b able to try out some of the food! I've heard really great things about the menu! The grass on the miniature golf course was a little "weedy", but it was fun. And only 5 bucks!

I used to come here alll the time. They were maintaining everything really well about two years ago. Now I hate to say it's a dive. The range is a mess. Mats are all over the place. Bucket machine looks like a Beverly hillbillies ball dispensing trap. Putting course is horrible with leaves and old rotting flags. Won't be back until out improves. To bad. This is the only time I have hit balls at Paradise .. but it will be the last .. they have easily the worst range balls I have ever hit ! Maybe 1 of 10 was up to speed and flight .
