The gentleman who helped us delivered better customer service than we could have expected from anywhere. He gave us over an hour of his time, explaining what we needed and why, helping us shop the best deals ... we absolutely couldn't have done it without him. I recently moved and the workshop is out of commission so I took a wedge to get reshafted. First visit, they said it was done. Took it home, next day, first swing the epoxy cracked. I brought it back and said please redo this, I don't think you guys prepped the tip or put beads in. I waited a WEEK without a confirmation text or email it was completed. Called and they said it was ready for pickup. I went in and NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. Colin at the store promised me they would make it a top priority to be fixed and apologized. A few days later I go to get it again. Waited 72 hours before I hit it just to make sure the epoxy would cure. Go to range THE EPOXY CRACKED FIRST SWING. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing they hire a bunch of kids who have no knowledge about the clubs they sell or the repair work they are doing. So so so frustrating because I love these stores. Greg and Colin please do better for your customers.
