The gentleman who helped us delivered better customer service than we could have expected from anywhere. I recently moved and the workshop is out of commission so I took a wedge to get reshafted. First visit, they said it was done. Took it home, next day, first swing the epoxy cracked. I brought it back and said please redo this, I don't think you guys prepped the tip or put beads in. I waited a WEEK without a confirmation text or email it was completed. Called and they said it was ready for pickup. I went in and NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. Colin at the store promised me they would make it a top priority to be fixed and apologized. A few days later I go to get it again. Waited 72 hours before I hit it just to make sure the epoxy would cure. Go to range THE EPOXY CRACKED FIRST SWING. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing they hire a bunch of kids who have no knowledge about the clubs they sell or the repair work they are doing. So so so frustrating because I love these stores. Greg and Colin please do better for your customers.
