I get dip powder for my nails and they last 3-4 weeks no lifting and gloss remains shiny. Amazing gel mani and pedi by Lang. Lang took her time and made sure I was having a good experience. I didn't feel rushed at all though the salon was busy. She had great attention to detail -- I noticed she was very careful, checked on the nail and cuticle before, during, and after she worked on it, and she even went back in to correct a mistake that she noticed herself ( I didn't even notice or point it out!) and I really appreciated that. I'm very picky about how my nails are shaped, how they look from the side, if the design is the same on each side, etc. I called and made a same-day appointment and they were even able to get me in early when I arrived. I had an inspo pic and they followed it exactly. The staff was so kind and they helped me adjust my design where it was needed. The two young girls up front were so sweet and so was the lady with the bangs who did my nails. I discovered Zen Nails back in September of 2023 as a fun activity to do with my sister-in-law when she came into town to visit and have continued to come back since then (and I'm not one to get my nails done). The staff is amazing, friendly, and very flexible to fit me in last minute. They all do an amazing job (especially Lilly, she's my go to tech). Ive barely had any issues with their services, and the one time I got a chip (48 hours after getting my manicure), they allowed me to come in right away and have it fix (no charge). Very sad to see the prices for services go up, but understandable and it won't stop me from returning. read more

Every girl is skeptical about walking into a new salon. I know I always am. But I needed to find another nail shop that would take care of me the way I wanted them to. Meaning, listen to what I'm asking for on how I want my nails to look. Most places just don't care. My previous nail shop I used to go to was so much closer to me but after it was bought out my a new owner & had new employees, the quality was just not the same. Totally upsetting. Anyways. They were very apologetic and were able to squeeze me in so not a big deal. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and have to say it was worth $60. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A NAIL SALON, THIS IS THE ONE. Okay I love this place. I've been to many nail salons in Vegas, none of them had everything I was looking for. Walking in, I loved the atmosphere. It was very modern & it was very clean. I did end up waiting for about 30 minutes, but I did walk in when all the technicians were busy. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind. I noticed how family oriented these owners are. It seemed as if all the workers were related & they had their kids running around. Family businesses seem to be more welcoming & every one was extremely friendly. I was given water & a snack. One of the owners went to grab pizza & came in offering some to absolutely everyone. It was very kind. Not many people are like that anymore. You can tell these owners are absolutely genuine. I felt very comfortable being there, which was awesome because most places have made me feel very uncomfortable, by completely ignoring me. My nails came out sooo good. I got a gel manicure, which I haven't gotten one in months. So watching my technician clean my cuticles was sooooo satisfying. He was quick but he did a great job. The gel doesn't look too thick even though my nails are short & also, the gel isn't bumpy which is a huge plus because anywhere I've gone, there was always a few nails that were bumpy. I paid $35 for my gel mani. Which is average for most places. They have a point system. You get a point for every $1 you spend. & once you reach 200 points, you get $10 off on your next visit. They also do raffles, I'm not sure how often, but I believe they put your name in every time you come in. I'm not sure what the prizes are, but still really cool. It's very obvious that they pride themselves on customer service. They do everything they can to make their customers happy. I will definitely be returning when I need another mani. read more
