My bf and I came here during their grand reopening to try out how it is during their new management. We both got the diamond pedicure and it was great. They recently remodeled too so the area was super clean and modern. The massage chairs were also pretty advanced compared to other places I've been to. We were helped by Trish and Troy and they were so friendly! We were all yapping the whole time and they were good company to have while getting our pedicure. Trish and Troy also gave us foot/leg massages which felt so good. I wish it was longer lol. I called in to avail a promo that was texted to me and verified that I only need to add $5 on a promo of $30 for a French manicure. Horrible job on my nails...The Asian woman said the promo was for FS gel manicure and will just give me a discount and charged me $40. The tech that did my manicure was I think very new to her job and told me that she been employed for a month but has 2 yrs experience. I knew there was something not right coz the place was unkept and disorganized from the last time I was there. So I just thought I'll give it a try since it looks like I was their first client of the day. Really, how can you do a bad job on a French manicure.... Total fail! Everything is below standard... the curve of the white tip did not match the shape of the nail. The base color and shape of my thumb nails did not match. First time ever at this gem! I was looking for a last minute salon to get me in for a Gel mani and pedi. I got in with Pop Lash and Nails. I called at 215 and got an appt at 330. Vivian was my nail tech. I arrived at 3:20 and had to chose my color. We all know that, that is the worst part of this experience I was looking for a dart gray color with glitter on top. I wanted glitter but subtle. Nothing too crazy. Vivian was finishing up with her customer as I waited and relaxed on the massage chair. It was finally my turn. I showed her the color I was looking for and the look I wanted. She patiently looked thru their colors to find what best fit what I wanted. She took her time with me. She was so precise and showed passion for her work. I have ingrown toe nails on my two big toes and she got them. Took her time but she was so gentle and ensured to get it. I didn't mind. My appt took nearly 2.5 hours but honestly it was my "me" time so I didn't mind. Vivian did such an amazing job! She definitely took the time to listen to what I wanted (although simple) and she ensured she did it right. This was my 3rd time in, and I think this is where I may settle in. First off, the is the regular and the deluxe. The deluxe is great, but I really don't have that kind of time. The regular includes a foot and leg massage (one of the best around), as well as heal, cuticle, and trim. The color selection is very good. They also carry a line of Korean gel polishes. My gel manicure has lasted for three weeks now (unlike other places where I am lucky if it can last for more than a week) and looks the same as day one except for the nail growth. Pop Lash & Nails is actually the first salon I've been to in Vegas, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was a great experience. They currently have a Groupon promo, so I inquired about their scheduling availability before purchasing. I was told to just pay there directly and that they'd honor the same price. (Sometimes Groupon will have flash sales, so wait for these for additional savings.) Salon was clean and had a minimal, modern feel. While pedicure ensues, you can toggle the remote control to adjust the massage chair settings. Oblivious me didn't even know this until halfway into the pedicure... My nail technician was Miley. She was efficient, friendly, with the right amount of small talk. The older man at the front desk was nice as well. I did get the inevitable gel upgrade sales pitch, but I politely declined.
