Where to begin...honestly this review should have been written a long time ago, but I kept putting it off because this whole process has been extremely emotional and one of the most difficult things my family and I have experienced. Ever since I could remember, we were in and out of immigration attorney offices and court appearances. After a few years my parents found out that the "attorney" was committing fraud by charging them thousands of dollars for filing wrongful applications and scheduling court dates that ultimately led the judge to order my whole family voluntary deportation. Asked for help in this office and they are greedy. Didn't consider the financial issues I was having and kept my $500. I didn't sign a contract and they insisted on keeping the money because they sent me a word document to fill out . Look elsewhere for immigration help, they screw over their own . So, I have never spoken to this folks in person and I get about they are going to charge me $2,000 for searching for the FOIA... (are they for real) who are these and how did they get my information. I've been going here since I was 15 for my DACA they charge a pretty large fee but they were usually consistent and fast . However this year that I needed to renew my DACA they had the worst service imaginable. It took me a whole week calling everyday and actually having to show up to their office to get a copy of my application where I found out they had spelled my address wrong . I was met with an insane attitude. I asked if they could fix my address twice and they confirmed they would . Come to find out my address was never changed and my work permit was forced to be sent back to USCIS . I was running back and forth for days with the postal service and I was thankfully helped by a very nice postal lady who was able to intercept the return. They never once took accountability on any of their mistakes ...they would literally hang up on me and the only time I would get any decent answers is when I stated also emailing Raul . Never coming back here again if only they took care of our cases as fast as they demanded their money . If any of you need to renew your DACA try CHIRLA is a bit of a drive but they offer free help and sometimes are able to waive your USCIS fee I only went with these people because I had urgency . read more

Our case was not an easy one and some said we didn't have a chance of winning. It took over 4 years, but it's over now and my husband will not be removed. We first met with Attorney Araceli at this firm, we knew instantly she was the right fit for us. She always made us feel like we were her most important case, even while my husband was being detained; she was in contact with me several times a day until she was able to get him out on bond. BLESSED. Aracely was actually in charge of our case. She expressed sheer confidence and consistently reassured us that all was fine and would turn out well. She was very involved and knowledgeable of our case and our previous lawyers had basically given up. He didn't have a minor clue of what was going on because it was a notary working with a rather lazy and overdressed, unknowing fool. He would not be phased if our case failed. The thought of going out of the country and possibly not returning was an initiation to a very unpleasant feeling, but knowing that Aracely would represent us the entire time was actually very reassuring. She also consistently reminded us of that as well, that she would be there for us throughout the entire process. If there were anything we needed to know about our case, she would let us know. We had a very complex case as well.
