I thought maybe the sensors were misaligned. Frank estimated that he could come out within 90 minutes, and did so, plus sent a text when 10 minutes out. He diagnosed a wiring issue and fixed a couple other things, lubricated the hinges and coils, and gave me a ton of information about our system and how to keep it running well for many more years. Frank is personable, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, fairly priced, and professional. You really can't get any better than that.

They'd reached out to me offering a maintenance deal to come and do a tune up. It had been a couple of years since my last service so I made an appointment. Their customer service team is great about scheduling around my availability, then sending confirmations about my appointment. Nino, my technician today, called when he was half an hour away to let me know he was on the way. After doing the maintenance, he found a couple of issues that were due to wear and tear and could become problems in the not too distant future, so we were able to get those done today instead of waiting until I find myself stuck in the garage unable to get out. I appreciated how well Nino explained my options and went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable with the work being done. I can't say enough nice things about Nino. I've never had a bad experience with Four Seasons Garage Doors, but I feel confident that if I did, they're the kind of company that would go the extra mile to make it right. The next morning, when I tried to open my garage door, it would only open a few inches. Then I realized that one of the springs had snapped. So I called Four Seasons. 8:15 AM Someone answered right away, and although it was a terrible connection, the guy was very patient with me. Once he found out that my car was stuck in the garage, he put me on the schedule for a 10-2 appointment. 10:50 AM I received an email stating that Nick P. was on his way. There was also a photo of him, so I would know who to expect upon arrival. 10:57 Nick called to say he was about 45 minutes away from my house. 11:37 Nick arrived at my house. He was professional, thoroughly explained my options, showed me pics and costs on his tablet, then promptly replaced the springs. The cost was very reasonable, in my opinion. He was finished by 12:30. When I read some of the recent reviews, I was initially a little worried. But then I saw that a couple of the Yelp reviewers only did one review (which was the Four Seasons one), and I assume they are probably from competing businesses. My experience with this company is that they are top-notch, and I would definitely use their services again (although hopefully I won't have to for a long time)

Getting this fixed was important to us because we have read about people breaking into cars in our neighborhood. We called this company first thing in the morning and within 30 minutes they were here and fixing it. The men observed the proper social distancing regulations currently in place and even made the repair 'non contact' where we paid for the repair by having us call in our credit card number to their office, instead of handing them our credit card. I lost my key/keyfob. I called them up and told them I needed to get a new fob that I had…read moreprogrammed. They quoted me $175 and they sent someone over really quick. (I purchased the car with only 1 fob. I had already ordered 2 more but didn't get around to getting them programmed.) When the guy arrived I asked how much to program a second fob and he told me it would be $75 for each after the first. He programmed them and left. The next day I found out that only 1 was working. I called them back and asked if they could send someone out when they were in the area. I get a call back from a tech and he said he could head my way but we agreed on the next day. Nobody called back the next day. So, one more day later I call and I get the first guy I spoke to on the phone again. He tells me that they will not come out and it's probably my remote. Then he starts telling me that I didn't pay enough for the second fob anyway and that the guy shouldn't have done it for that price. He continued to refuse to do it and when I told him I would yelp this experience he responded "oh, you're one of those kind of customers" and he hung up on me. About 15 min later he calls up again and says he will refund my money for the second one but they wouldn't even try to help me. Now, I'm faced with going to a new place and having one key programmed for full price again. But, he insisted he would just send the tech out to give me my money back. The tech showed up and he did take care of the programming. Every time he got one working the other stopped. He was persistent and eventually successful. The guy at the door was fine. The guy on the phone, I believe may be the owner, needs to hire someone to be on the phone.

I went to dinner last night in Carol Stream and as I went to reach for my car keys..I realized that…read morethey were not there. I had lost my car keys somewhere....I couldn't find any company to help me out..I called these guys up after a tiring and long search. These guys saved my night!!!!! They came quickly, gave me a new key, and gave me a good price which I was surprised about considering it was a Friday night. Most importantly, they got the job DONE!!
