The price was extremely reasonable; we had intended to get three estimates but my mom and I both lined Kris so much we decided to go with him right away. I chose a day for installation when Kris was going to be out of town on vacation so he let me decide if we wait to wait until he got back or if we wanted him to send his right hand man Daniel. We went with Daniel who showed up right on time on a cold morning. I thought removing the old badly cracked panes of glass would be very difficult. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. I chose EV Windows after asking CharGBT to find me a great window company with very good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I do not have one negative thing to say. Another company told me the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced and quoted me $300, but Jayden fixed it for half that.

Following this, I received no updates regarding the status of the order. I reached out via phone and text on April 13, 23, 28, and May 5 to confirm the order status and expected installation timeline. It took 54 days from my initial deposit for the door to be installed. The installation itself was grueling; a single technician arrived at 12:30 p.m. and did not finish until nearly 10:00 p.m. Upon completion, I immediately paid the remaining $2,300 balance via Zelle as requested. The owner assured me that an invoice would be emailed that evening, yet I received no documentation or receipt. Despite subsequent attempts to contact the owner via phone, text, and email on June 12, 16, and 18, I remained ignored until finally receiving an inaccurate invoice on June 18. The invoice stated Amount due $2700.00, Amount paid $0.00 In the notes on the bottom of the invoice stated, "Paid in Full" "2-year warranty". The original invoice and on their website, it states 3 year parts and labor warranty. The invoice stated $2700.00 due. I paid a $500.00 deposit on April 2nd and $2300.00 on May 26. The total amount I paid as per the technician request $2800.00 uytu I have tried getting a corrected invoice showing I paid in full, and that I have a 3 year parts and labor warranty. He even suggested that I do some exterior work trim through my HOA so as to save a little bit of money. I trust Patrick completely bc he doesn't try to do an upsell, and he lives by his value of treating others as you'd want to be treated. The quote was quite reasonable.
