Since this location accepts walk-ins, that's usually what we do. Several times now I've come in with my pup (plus my baby who's under a year old) and was told the wait would only be a few minutes. The other time I ended up waiting almost an hour, and today I was told "a couple minutes" again but it's already been about 30 minutes with no update from anyone. A quick check-in would really go a long way. We come here because it's convenient and close to home, and we used to really enjoy bringing him. We've actually been getting nail trims here for years. Prices definitely aren't cheap and seem to keep going up, while the customer service unfortunately feels like it's slipping. I'm hoping communication and service improve because the convenience keeps us coming back, but a better customer experience would make a big difference.

When I was in the store with my friend, there was two other people also browsing and four employees behind the register.
