The selection of J&M merchandise at this specific outlet store is amazing. They literally have 100+ styles of shoes to choose from. They have everything from dress, business casual, casual, and outerwear. They also have many styles of over the ankle boots, both slip on and lace up in dressy and casual. I have found J&M shoes to be both affordable and durable. My profession is sales. I am on my feet and in and out of my car every day all day. I am hard on shoes. Some of their dress shoes have rubber inserts in the heel that make the shoe much more comfortable. It also makes the shoe more weather proof for Houston weather. Their clothing is also stylish. They have a plethora of men's shirts that have the different fabric on the inside of the wrist if you decide to roll them up for a more casual look. Also, the tails are cut to be worn tucked or untucked. I own at least eight of their shirts and get compliments on them every time I wear them. Perfect for the business casual environment. If you are into wearing stylish socks (like President Bush - 41), they have a wide array to choose from . Anything from a little more subdued to way out there. The socks are really cool. I have found the staff here to be very helpful. Wendy is very friendly and is always willing to look to see if they have your specific size in stock if it isn't already on the floor. She can also order anything you need and ship it straight to your home (free shipping) if they don't have it in the store. Bottom line, I am a huge fan of Johnston and Murphy shoes and clothing. Unfortunately Jordan was off that day, but I had the pleasure of interacting with Hailey. She was so personable, friendly and patient. She listened intently to the questions I had and offered some wonderful suggestions. By the end of my visit, I had a few more items on hold for pops to check out once he arrived to TX! Fast forward to today, my dad is finally here and we got a chance to swing by the store. Once inside, we were greeted by Ashley. She informed me that Jordan AND Hailey were off today but she was also more than happy to help. We ended up leaving with pants, a shirt, two ties and a pocket scarf! The jacket we needed was not available in this store in his size, but she located it at the Willowbrook location (which, with the exception of the associate Aaron, left MUCH to be desired) she had them hold it for us so we could go pick it up same day.
