They will do a free analysis of your feet, stride, etc. using a machine they have to make sure you buy the right type of shoe for YOU. Finally their prices are competitive and they have a rewards program to help lower your purchase price. A month ago, I visited this store to get a new pair of New Balance 860's and was waited on promptly and professionally. They had a good selection of colors and provided excellent customer service. The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

The staff were super friendly & helpful, even helping my husband select a trendier shoe than what he's had in the past. We waited for a bit due to another customer (let's just say she was a regular, and not the friendly kind) and the staff never let that show - super friendly! These are pricey shoes that can last you a good while if you care for them properly & while they aren't the latest/trendiest New Balance or Ones, if you're on your feet all day for work, hubs says they're amazing.

I've shopped Famous Footwear since the early 1980s, but it's been a few years. I wanted a new pair of dress shoes for a wedding that evening, so Air Jordan's weren't on the menu. Their selection in dress was limited, especially in wide width and sizes above 10. With assistance, I found a pair that I liked that came oh so close, but they were too long. They were also reboxed in a generic Famous Footwear box, and showed signs of break-in (but not wear). They also weren't discounted for not being brand-spanking new. The very helpful sales assistant--who seemed to be running the store by herself--offered to check other stores or order the shoes, but my time was too limited for those heroics. They're A-OK--that is, if you have the time to wait for shoes in your size. I didn't, so I went away empty-handed, but not truly disappointed.

Very poor customer service…read more It is understandable if there is inclement weather or a sickness within the limited amount of staff however when the MANAGER shows up FOUR hours late and have customers + a FedEx delivery waiting on her that's just about ridiculous. Not only did she miss the shipment but whenever she finally arrived instead of informing customers that the location was closed she brought her son into The store, lock the doors and had us outside knocking for several minutes to get her response from the inside. If you have the spare time to choose another location do so because this treatment is disgusting and a waste of time.

Like did he think we'd run out of the store with them? He didn't even know where the shoes were on display on the shelf, I had to point them out to him. We browsed for several minutes to find another pair and not once did anyone approach us to help look for another style or make suggestions on styles. Once we decided to just return them since the fit was too narrow, I went up to the register and it was a joke. The sales boy just waited around until I spoke up and asked if I may return the shoes. As if me standing in front of him with the very shoes I walked in with and the receipt in hand didn't clue him in. He then explained the sales girl next to him at the register had to do it. She was busy counting the cash and didn't even bother looking at me or saying she'd be right with me (like a normal salesperson would greet a customer). Oh I didn't mention there was also another sales girl behind the register who just stared blankly at me, didn't even ask if I needed help and turned and walked to the back of the store. So weird. After waiting several minutes, I decided to leave and make my return at the galleria location where I originally made the purchase. However, I am a fan of this store, as every time I come here, I buy multiple items. If you're coming here to locate regular Loft merchandise at deep reductions, you won't find them. The styles are not the same. Slacks may be cut slightly differently; shorts are not the same as what you'd find in their retail stores. Move past that, though, and you'll find some great buys -- if you look. I would always come to Loft Outlet looking for work clothes when I was working; now that I've retired I was on the hunt for more casual tops. Found just the styles that I wanted, as they're dressy/casual looking without looking like I am about to paint the house or dig up the garden. Prices are excellent, too. Search in the clearance section for items that are out of season (sweaters during the summer, for instance) and you can find some TRUE deals. Sales staff is always very helpful, particularly if you're looking for an item in your size that's not on the floor. Don't be afraid to ask, as I was informed that there is additional stock available -- so don't assume if it's not out, it's not available. You may just hit the jackpot!

I bought two pair of their classic wide legged slacks, some cute cardigans, a great tweed shift dress, classic blue and white pinstriped shirt, earrings, a hounds tooth scarf, and dark green satin shirt, total cost -under $300. In any regular Ann Taylor store, you would have only gotten about three of those items. Great deals, great selection of regular and petite sizes, and some great fall clothes. Well worth the drive.

She said yes and suggested I do in store to get clearance price..$12.99 per when I bought two last year in store I think before discount and military discount they were $34 ea and I think if I recall my end price was low $20s So this was a really great price so I ordered 2 and free delivery to my house in a week.. I found the shoe that had been recommended to me by a colleague and tried them on. Adjusting the straps was a little fiddley, but eventually I got it right. There was only one cashier on duty so I had to wait to check out. The cashier was very friendly. I recommend this store due to the huge variety of brands and sizes available and that there's people to help you find what you are looking for. I don't buy shoes on line as i have to try them on before I buy them.
