I lingered in the store for a while, seriously considering making a purchase, but despite my time there, neither employee offered me any assistance, while continuing to help other customers who came in. This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

No way to talk to someone. Has to be a chat, email or text only. That wasted enough of my time that I had to take PTO time from work just to deal with it. Then they refused to refund the whole order and that I would have to go through this whole ordeal again when the rest of the order was shipped to the store.
