If you love Nordstrom, you'll love Nordstrom Rack. Same great selection of everything Nordstrom has to offer, however it might be just slightly out of Nordstrom season. What's great is that you can pick up your NORDSTROM ORDERS here and also you can return items from Nordstrom here as well. That's super helpful because who feels like going to Galleria or Woodlands all the time. You'll definitely find some deals here in the shoe section. read more

They held my shoes and sold them , I am literally a member and rarely can find shoes in my size so when I check with them they said they would hold them and I came back to get them less than 30mins and they sold my shoes with my name on it , wild! I'm reviewing the Nordstrom Rack in Willowbrook mall in Northwest Houston. This particular Nordstrom has been a saving grace for me when it comes to Christmas shopping and just shopping in general. They have amazing prices and their details in organizing their sales racks are far above average! They've got amazing products that don't look like they have ever been used or damaged. I love their selection of last minute items in their checkout section. There's everything from Lancôme,Estee, MAC and Honest beauty also Malin+Goetz! Can't beat that! I have never had a problem shopping here until a few weeks ago. I brought up 4 items to be rung (they didn't have a price) along side my sister. As I placed the items on the counter, my sister placed her cellphone on the counter as well and when Deidra was done ringing up all 4 items and my sister grabbed her phone, she insisted we were stealing because she swore my sister's phone was a make up pallet after we proved to her that it wasn't. She went on by saying how she would come around the counter and beat our "asses" for a non existing item. Anyways I left it alone and decided not to file a police report for trying to fight my 15 yr old sister (Diedra seems to be in her 40's) until two days ago I tried it one more time just to get poor treatment from her yet AGAIN. Where to start? Let's start with the one con that I can find. They don't carry my bra size. I don't want to convert or configure or whatever I just want to go grab a 30 H at luxury department store and be happy. Now, that being said, if you are walking in here thinking that they ARE going to have speciality sizes you ARE in the WRONG store. You may find some but don't expect it. Not in lingerie. As for the rest of the store, and my shopping experience everytime I come. I love it. I always find an entire outfit. This year I left with my dress for my 40th birthday party, shoes, two shirts. Fast easy check out! I was struggling to look for my Nordstrom card, however the lady asked for my ID and social and she pulled up my card right away! She also looked up for my rewards coupon, and I ended up only paying about $7 for a nice men's button up. I love coming to Nordstrom rack for menswear as it is affordable and easy to look for nice things. I can't say the same for womenswear. Looking for things for myself have been more challenging, though I have snagged a few nice things for myself before. I like shopping for my husband more as I find better deals for him. He loves the brand Penguin and this is where I mainly shop for Penguin clothes for him. read more

Clean store. Girls get 2/3 of the store meaning not a huge selection of men's stuff. Dressing rooms are clean. Check out was quick. I found some stuff in the clearance section and even then it was almost $100 for two shirts w/ 25% extra off the clearance price. Didn't find much else. Again just not a lot for the guys here. Check AMEX for a AMEX offer. Chase has started doing offers as well on top of the 5% back during the last quarter at dept stores. read more

Finally, discount designer fashion and goods hit the suburbs! I love Nordstrom but Nordstrom Rack provides opportunities for savings! More savings = more spending :) Lots of designer jeans like Joe's, True Religion, etc. and lots of great prices on them, under $100! Lots of Nordstrom sold quality brands too. You will have to search but the store is organized properly and they have rolling carts too! The check out looked long but I saw lots of employees helping. I did not buy anything but I was pressed on time. Maybe next visit with a llittle more time and a game plan! :) read more

Finally, there's a Nordstrom Rack on this north side of Houston. Went here tonight to check the selection and it wasn't too bad at all. Pretty nice layout of the store and you can enter from the mall or from the parking lot. The store felt like the layout of both TJ Maxx and Marshall's. Was looking for a nice pair of brown shoes but didn't have the size that I was looking for. Staff was very attentive and nice overall but got asked a bunch of times by checkout lady about the signing up for Nordstrom card. It's okay to ask me once or twice since you're doing your job but please don't ask more than twice haha. The only reason i'm giving them 3 stars is because their stuff is decent and because of my interaction with Aiyana (got her name off my receipt). She was super sweet and gets five stars for customer service. HOWEVER, i went back today to exchange something i bought and had the displeasure of dealing with Crystal. I witnessed her give the customer in front of me poor customer service as well and even rolled her eyes at her once she walked away. This store is fine, it can be difficult to tell who is an employee and who's a customer sometimes though. The biggest issue with this store/company is some of the designer products they sell are fakes. I'm in no way saying its the stores fault its most likely whoever sits over the distribution of goods to stores. I went in to see if they had some Sperry boots i was looking for and they did, but after seaching for them on Amazon as well I noticed some people uploaded photos of geniune and fakes of the boots so i was able to see what the fakes look like. When i was in Nordstrom Rack I pulled up the photos again and saw that all the sperry boots in the store were in fact fake. I went to Journeys and bought the pair i wanted (they were genuine Sperrys there) after I bought them i went back to Nordstrom Rack and spoke with the manager. She asked if she could see the boots I just bought and I said sure along with giving her the fake pair that were on the shelf. She was completely surprised, at first she said there was no way they sold fakes but after i showed her she completely believed me and wanted to get in contact with her area management team to get to the bottom of the situation. I let her take photos of my genuine pair so she could show them in comparison. I'm not sure what came of the event but just be aware of the products you're buying there. It would be horrible to buy a brand at a still possibly steep price and it be a fake. read more

I will never shop at a Nordstrom Rack store or online. I bought a pair of tennis shoes for my daughter to give at Christmas in October. Turned out to fit too small so I needed to return/exchange them right after Christmas. I was told that returns had to be made with 45 day return policy and they can't take back these never-been-worn shoes. They don't have a Christmas return policy that extends the return time even if you speak with a manager. I also called the main office and they confirmed the same LAME customer service policy. They have lost my business for good! Buyers beware!!! read more

We had an excellent experience here! Needing a new wardrobe for a new job, my husband was able to get everything he needed - dress shoes, belts, 'dressy' jeans, wool dress pants, dress shirts. Incredible name brands - at really great prices. We appreciated the style of the brands offered at Nordstrom Rack... not just a typical American look, but a unique upscale/sometimes European look to many of the brands. We also were impressed with the order in the store, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. read more

As a frequent shopper at Nordstrom Rack and a full figured woman I've always been able to find nice tops, shoes, purses but on Tuesday when I went into this location I was disheartened of what I saw. Their plus size section went from a huge variety to 4 racks with clothes I wouldn't buy for my worst enemy. I went to Nordstrom with my boyfriend this weekend so I could get clothes. He came with, he went to try on Jeans and he was going to buy them (whenever I got done shopping) but as soon as he came out of the dressing room with his pants this guy asked him if he was ready to check out (my boyfriend was nowhere near the check out line) it's not really nice to harass customers.
