This Lululemon outlet store is amazing! I came here with a few friends today, and we all left with a bag of clothing! The quality of the clothes are great, feel amazing, and are greatly valued upon their discounts! The store had a 20-25 % off sale going on for majority of the items in the store. The customer service was great, from the cashiers to the associates working the fitting room. I felt welcomed and treated with respect throughout my visit. The value / "bang for your buck" is definitely worth it at this location. Don't forget to ask for the Military Discount (15%) for all my Service-members out there! I came here this afternoon, and it was my first time at this location. Needless to say, I was super happy to see so many sale items in one place! There were a lot of great deals, including the "spend $X, get a free item" deal posted in the dressing rooms and at the registers. This deal also stacked with the first responders/ teacher discount which was awesome because we all know Lulus are pretty pricey. The staff members were constantly running around and making sure that everything stayed organized for the most part, and that certain sizes made it back to their proper section. I loved that the sections were organized by sizes and not just style, because it made my shopping trip so much easier! The most disappointing thing was that the selection for size 4 items were scarce compared to larger sizes, but I guess the early bird gets the worm. During checkout, the cashier seemed a little confused as if she didn't know how to apply my additional discounts properly. In the end, it didn't make any sense that the total increased $6 after getting the free item even though it was taxed along with everything else (would've been around $2-3). Drove in from the city since I know Lulu and wanted to get some leggings that I could wear and put in the dryer without worrying about ruining a more expensive pair. Really disappointed in the quality and prices. You'd have better luck on the website in the sale section. There is a lot of inventory! However, the three times I have gone, there isn't much in my size. I have only bought items once. It's a common size so I understand. Staff is young but friendly. There are three dressing rooms so you can try things on which is nice since everything is final sale. They have the same prices as the "we made too much" section on their website. Sometimes there is a promotion going on in the store where if you buy a certain number of items you will get $5-10 more off per item. If you are in the area, I would recommend stopping by and seeing if you can find something in your size. With COVID, they are requiring you to make a reservation online to shop in the store. Waited in line for 1.5 hours on their soft open day. The workers were all very sweet. I was a little afraid that I would be body shamed because I clearly don't fit in their clothes, but absolutely no one made me feel at all unwelcome. Well, no one but the racks themselves lol... Looks fantastic, but I didn't buy anything because they have a no return/no exchange. I did not know that and drove down to find early Christmas presents for all the girls in my family. It was too risky to buy that much and then not have any recourse if the fit or style was not to their liking. The tights are all in the $50-$80 range from what I saw and tanks went from $20-40. There were some cute dresses strangely priced, the higher the size, the more they cost. I only saw that for one item, so it was probably a fluke, but still... All in all it was A-ok plus, so since I round up, a 4. I wasn't wowed, but I wasn't unhappy either. read more

First time I went here was the soft opening. Loved the customer service I received! I followed up the next week and again loved the customer service. But recently I've been going into the store and really getting turned off. Mainly due to two particular sales associates making fun of items I've tried on. I have a pretty large chest and picked up a tank top with a built in bra in a size 8 I believed. When I opened the dressing room to ask if the associate could get me another size, when she returned the larger top to me and I closed the black curtain (that's what they have in the store when the dressing rooms in the back are filled or if there's not many associates working and they need to keep an eye on the store and you) the sales associate made comments like "yeah she wanted a bigger size but what I wanted to tell her is we don't have anything in here that would fit her". News flash. I wear a size 6 and have purchased leggings from lulu before but clearly this young, immature, and uneducated employee didn't know that. The sales associate continued to talk to the other associate about my larger chest. She cracked jokes and they both laughed. I hurried and put on my clothes and left the store. After that incident I stop going as frequently and would go every blue moon. Same girls are there when I go. Same looks/smirks are given. As someone with a degree in Fashion, I know how people feel about clothes and their bodies and I'd never treat a customer the way I was....Needless to say, I haven't purchased anything since my $300 soft opening launch day. After reading some of the reviews, I made the trip out to Lululemon outlet with moderately low expectations. I've been a huge Lulu fan since they first opened stores in the U.S. and I regularly shop their sale items in store and online. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the store had many of the exact same items on the website, and the sports bras and tops were 30-60% cheaper at the outlet. The sales associates were extremely patient and helpful, and could not have been nicer. I'd also like to report that there were a whole lot of items in sizes 4-10, so the stock wasn't just limited to XS and XL that didn't sell. If you're anything like me and lululemon is your favorite store.... AND you were excited at this outlet opening so you wouldn't always be broke.. well don't be excited anymore! Seriously, the outlet SUCKS. You won't find any define jackets.. or leggings that have their 'naked sensation' feel... or any black or even grey leggings! All they have are ugly fluorescent colors that, if you're anything like me, you wouldn't be caught dead in! So so disappointed bc I was literally over the moon when I heard of a lululemon outlet! Also the store set up is super confusing... and everything is supposed to be arranged size wise, but I still found things scattered throughout. I was excited to come in to this store, I was more excited when I saw they had a sale going on. Everyone was really nice up until when I went to check out. The teen girl was not very friendly during the entire transaction never asking the usual questions like "did you find everything you needed" but that's ok I didn't mind it. But then after I had paid she was about to ask for my email when she said "oh, well you don't really shop at this store do you?" I didn't know what to say.
