He proceeded to start the process to sign me up, and when he gave me the quote and paperwork, it was made out to the most expensive plan and with a tablet I did not ask for, need, or want along with watches that I also did not want. I told him AGAIN that the plan he kept talking to me about was not the plan I wanted. I wanted the most "affordable" plan they have. I told him to please redo the paperwork to reflect the plan that I told him I wanted over ten times and to take out the tablet and other crap he added that i didn't want. He told me he would not do it for the plan I wanted. This is predatory behavior and I would not recommend anyone come to Verizon. He obviously wanted to make a sale and only cared about the sale and what he needed as an employee. He did not care for me at all as a customer or my needs. He understood exactly what I was asking for and what I wanted. But he decided to ignore me and my needs as a customer so that he could meet his goals.
