Creme brulee brown sugar milk tea
    Stephanie G.

The service was quick, but if it was busy, it would be a little hard to see the signage near the pickup area and the specials with no pricing info. If there's a line, it's a little hard to wait to get the pricing information and hold up the line. Anyway, I was intrigued by the creme brulee milk tea that has a lovely swirling flavor mix in the image with that toasted top. In real life, it has no beautiful look, the pearls cost extra, and the lid slapped on top hides and interesting topping design (which is $1 extra). It was really sweet and tasted like iced coffee (and is labelled as coffee) even though creme brulee isn't a coffee flavor. I guess overall it was okay, but for a special treat, it wasn't special and it was a bit expensive. I think if you need a grab and go in the mall, there are many other options.

Gong cha is probably one of my favorite bubble tea places especially with their types of toppings they offer! The white pearls are a favorite of mine. My friends and I have come here time and time again and always enjoy a cool drink while we hang out! I definitely recommend this chain for good bubble tea!

I have had better. I had my first cup of bubble tea at Song Tea, in Flushing Queens. They have a high "boba pearl" standard for the drink, judging by the store's superior reviews in Yelp and other social media. Their boba tastes like it is made with grade A tapioca. Gonga Cha does not fill Song's Tea's tea cup. Tapioca boba should be firm, chewy and flavorful. Gonga Cha's boba was none of that. Also, they gave me warm cup of iced Lychee Oolong tea. I had to ask for extra ice, and I could barely taste the lychee. Perhaps lychee-flavored boba pearls would have brought out the lychee flavor, but Gong Cha does not sell them. I got the Passionfruit tea, too. That tasted good, but they used too much passionfruit syrup to sweeten it. I prefer bubble tea at a 30% sugar level. They gave me an overdose, so I made them make me another drink. I do not recommend Gong Cha. There are higher quality bubble tea shops out there, and I hear that the best ones are in Flushing. Let's "leaf" it at that.

The flavor of my dirty brown sugar milk tea was amazing! The boba are really small though and I wasn't a fan of them. Fast service!

My gf and I had decided to give this a try because of the line that was wrapped around it. We never understood people enjoying bubble tea, but the joke was on us because now we are addicted. Gong Cha has SO many flavors and so many ways you can mix it up to your liking. The bubbles here are a little plastic-y compared to another place we've gone too, but otherwise we love it. I've wanted it everyday since trying it.

The service is so fast here! I ordered my drink and my order was ready 30 seconds later! For those who don't know, Gong Cha is TOP TIER bubble tea and this kiosk is no exception. I ordered a large mango green tea with star fruit jelly. The star fruit jelly was satisfyingly fruity and sweet and paired very nicely with the green tea. Gong Cha is a MUST when you go to Roosevelt Field.

Our go to spot for a bubble tea fix whenever we are at the mall. Usually a line but it goes relatively quick as the servers are pretty efficient. I think the concept of bubble tea is fast gaining ground in LI - the phenomenon is pretty huge back in South East Asia. IMO Gong Cha is probably the best of the lot in this space with plenty of varieties & options to choose from. I especially like that I can specify the sugar levels in the drinks.

A lot of great options to choose from. My tea was good with just the right amount of boba. But...Slow service. Had like 5 girls "working" but we're really standing around talking and on their phones.

Gong Cha is a small kiosk located in the Roosevelt Field mall. I've been here twice and what surprised me both times is the quality of the product. I have two places in Stony Brook that offer Bubble Tea and both of them have what I call, "The Suffolk County Suck". I was served broken Boba pieces in my drink, a real mess. This is so not the case with Gong Cha. Gong Cha offers a quality product along with speedy service! Also, the tea selections being offered is substantial. First they offer my favorite which is a milk based tea. Then, they offer slushes as well as tea lattes and milk foam teas. A milk foam tea is like a cappuccino. Lots of selections but remember the quality is there! You're getting a superior drink from this little booth. If your a little gun shy, they have a Top 10 of drinks along with pictures. Everything looks crazy good and they have 1400+ worldwide locations? Bang a Gong baby!

Nice to see more bubble and milk tea places popping up outside the city boroughs. Gong Cha is a chain bubble tea place with lots of selections to choose from. I'm not particularly a fan of the black tapioca pearls, so I usually opt for the pudding or red beans for mix ins. This location is situated by the escalator near the aerie store and Starbucks. They have a tv menu as well as a postcard menu to take a look and decide what type of drink you want. When I go for the milk tea I either go for the taro milk tea or milk tea with pudding or with herbal grass jelly. What is nice is that the drinks can be adjusted for sweetness level depending what your liking is. Service I had here was good overall. Probably a great place to stop by if you're not in the mood for coffee at Starbucks.

Absolutely 0 star. Rude stuff, poor service and not fresh pearls. The girl with red hair is the worst and rudest one.
