Exceptional pastries! I tried the cream puffs. One chocolate, one vanilla. Both great quality, fresh, and delicious! Light, fresh cream that's sweet but not too sweet. The pastry was very fresh and crunchy (it's supposed to be like that). It was really great! I rarely eat sweets or desserts anymore to avoid packing on the weight, so when I make an exception I hope it is worth it. This was DEFINITELY worth it! An offshoot of the original Tiger Sugar from Flushing. I still remember the lines around the block when they opened. Their signature specialty is the Black Sugar Boba Milk. The one in Carle Place has a seating area shared with Sushi-o. There is a lot of the "Tiger" theme here, with a large stuffed tiger and cubs in the corner. They encourage you to enter your order via a kiosk. This seems to be the trend in a lot of new bubble tea shops. We got the Black Sugar Boba Milk and were reminded to flip the cup 15 times ... lol. Got the beignet, I don't think it's worth $2 and definitely do not get it after 6pm I ordered 5 chocolate but they only had 4 left and got 1 matcha instead, but two of the beignets were stale! It was hard. My husband told me to put it in the microwave but why do I need to do that to make it better? For a bite-size pastry for that price, it should be good. They should do quality check or in a certain time the beignets are not purchased yet, should be replaced with a fresh batch. read more

We wanted a bunch of bubble tea for a work meeting, and Tiger Sugar was able to whip up a bunch of their black sugar signature drinks, and we got them delivered in a reasonable timeframe. They are a decent size and sweet without being overbearing. There wasn't too much ice where it got watered down. The tapioca pearls were soft and easy to gather through the straw. I think it's too much of a milk taste without much flavor except for the subtle brown toasted sugar caramel. I do like their mango sago but they were out of stock. Swung by during lunchtime and the location was pretty much empty. I'm a traditional guy, I want a simple Black Tea latte with brown sugar. All these places are the same in regards to sugar level, ice level and type of milk. I ordered my black tea latte with regular milk and sweetness. I love the self serve kiosks here! They are fast and pretty clear as to how you want to create your drink. There is also a cool sushi place right next to it but not going to review it here. As far as the drink, my recommendation is the brown sugar mill tea with pearls and boba. This is actually the only boba place I know that has pearls (mini boba) and they do not disappoint. Probably my only place I look forward to going to for boba. The fun part is the shaking of the milk tea. Also the fruit drinks arent bad either! Just do it! read more

I'm very excited to have a TS location in Long Island! The location is very cutely decorated and in a great spot with plenty of parking. There's some seating and the space is very clean. It was fairly empty when we visited so our order was prepared very quickly. The menu is pretty expansive and I saw a few new items compared to the Flushing location. They're also running a collab with Hello Kitty, so the cup is Hello Kitty themed and there's also a Hello Kitty themed drink. I tried the Taro Pudding Black Sugar Boba Tea, which was really good! It was a bit sweeter than I like my boba tea but it was the same quality and taste as the Flushing location. The Taro pudding was a great addition and made it feel like two desserts in one! The pricing is a bit steeper than I recall but the large is a decent size. Overall, a great spot for bubble tea that I'll definitely be revisiting in the future! read more

Grand opening was an extremely longggg morning. Waited 3 hours to order. But i was glad they were well stocked with hello kitty merchandise by the time i got in. So they were well prepared for the interest in their hello kitty collab. I was almost midway point for the long line. The staff were all so nice and apologetic for the extremely long wait. They were nonstop working so you have to cut them so well deserved slack, especially for their 1st day. The place inside was simple and taste full. I've been to the Carle Place location a few times trying to get something different each time. Nothing beats the cold number 1 which is the brown sugar boba milk tea with cream mousse. I got a warm one on a different visit and it was a disaster. I asked for less sugar and it was so sweet, I couldn't finish it. I went to the grand opening yesterday, showed up at 9:30 and waited in line (was #5 and 6 with my friend). Everything was great, location looked great and clean, but then we got to the front to order our things. When I placed my order I was told they don't have the ingredients to make what I wanted so I said ok give me a second to look and ask my husband what else we should get. The cashier then told me "Do you mind if I take the next person?" I said "oh sure not a problem" because I didn't want to hold up the line and once he started taking the next person (who was my friend) he said to me "just so you know, since you're passing your turn you're giving up your free gift and BOGO deal" I was like "what?! You're the one who asked me to take the next customer" and he said "yeah but you passed" so I said "alright then I guess everyone is just going to have to wait because that ridiculous" I ordered my things, wasn't told a total or anything just said "tap your card here". I was so flustered by everything that I just did it, grabbed my things and left. Checking my receipt today I realized I didn't get any of the deals anyway, maybe my "karma" for getting annoyed but I must say, the Boba tea wasn't even that great.
