The service was lacking. The guy was pretty rude when we asked a couple questions. The games are old and need to be updated. They are probably donated though. There are so many choices and ways to make your drink. Of course with up charges. My drink was about $9 and wasnt worth it. It was ok, but I have had much better. The brown sugar bobas were over cooked and mushy. Big turn off. Wont be returning. I don't recommend either. Theres a Kung Fu Tea right down the sidewalk. Just go there.

Nice treat for a brisk afternoon walk!

Another fantastic time at Gong Cha! I love the ambience of love and coziness. I tried a new drink today with my boo and it's fun to explore the menu. The service is always fast and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I've got a pretty simple list of things that will make me happy. Do they have a chocolate or Oreo based drink? Does the drink still taste good with 50% sugar? Is the boba good quality? Gong Cha met some of those for me but not so much for others. I placed an order with multiple drinks so I was able to get an idea of what others in my group thought as well. I was pleased that they had a chocolate based drink but to be honest the flavor felt pretty weak. The boba was pretty good, but not as good as the boba from my regular shop. The other people I ordered drinks from said that their drinks were a little sweet also. Nothing was terribly wrong with anything but none of us were overly happy with what we got. That could just be personal preference so your experience could be different.

I brought a bunch of friends here for their grand opening! I'm always on the hunt for more boba near me. The menu has a lot of options. I ended up getting the dirty brown sugar milk tea, which seemed like one of their popular drinks. In my opinion, it was still a bit too sweet after adjusting the sugar level and everything. I'll try a different drink in the future with more tea flavor, but otherwise, they did a great job! Lovely space inside with lots of photo opps. I don't remember it having much space for groups to hangout inside though. Service was enthusiastic and fast. COVID times - there is a temperature check upon entering the store. Great location in the heart of Towson. Street parking is required unless you've parked at the mall for other things.

I loved the service And the drinks came out quickly would recommend for as a fellow boba tea lover! And the scenery was so beautiful

I will out and say it, gong cha is the best bubble tea franchise out there right now. Tea tastes fresh and the flavors are unique and great. I did not order the winter melon but I tried their sample and I am definitely getting it next time I ordered the matcha strawberry which had a well balanced flavor of matcha, strawberries (had strawberries at the bottom too), and sweetness

I might be just a little bit obsessed with Gong Cha. There's just something about the star shaped peach jellies and the sparkling drinks on a warm day that speak to me. Yes, it's a chain and yes, there is another bubble tea place just mere steps away but the staff here is super nice, I can very easily order from the Clover app, and they have an extensive menu of classic and unique offerings. I might give Vivi Bubble Tea a leg up on the Brown Sugar Milk tea but thus far all the others at Gong Cha win out. My favorite is the lychee sparkling with half sugar and peach jelly - try it and thank me later.

Finally The Gong Cha new location is open!! Great bubble tea shop. That's the newest Gong Cha in Towson, MD. The shop itself is very cute, clean, and has a nice atmosphere. If you look at the interior of the angel wings, anyone will love this store. Gong Cha really focuses on the quality of their tea. This location is no exception. Gong Cha has a ton of options in terms of flavors, toppings, the quantity of ice/sugar, and the like.  All of it is surprisingly delicious. All of their locations are pretty consistent. I was really satisfied with the service, employees were friendly and I received my drink pretty quickly, despite it being quite busy Staff is always nice and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to make recommendations and explain the different teas and flavors that they had. I will probably be coming back here again and again and again.

Just opened in Towson! It's almost right across from Kung Fu Tea. Love that they offer dirty brown sugar drinks (similar to Tiger Sugar's) and theirs can be modified to have a different sugar level and can be made into milk tea! Nice ambiance and aesthetic inside; they call it a tea lounge and is much like a cafe which has seats for people to hang out. There's also a nice wall that says "with love from Gong Cha" which is of course for taking instagrammable boba photos!

I had a good first experience here. Walked in at around 9:45pm on a Sunday and they were fairly busy. As soon as I walked inside the cashier greeted me. Very good customer service at this place. She informed me that they weren't serving waffles at the time (I didn't even know they had that lol) and they ran out of their regular Boba. I was just like okay ‍ i ended up ordering the mango green tea-medium. With regular sugar and ice. My total came up to $4.61. Which was surprising lol for some reason i expected it to be more. The drink was really good!! They also have a variety of toppings but I didn't try any this time. The place was spotless and so were the bathrooms. You have to ask them to unlock the bathroom for you though if you want to use it. Check this place out!

I went in and was met with soothing holiday music and friendly staff. I ordered the Seasonal Scramble with the help of the staff I was settled not to get the asian pears on my scramble but on the side. The seasonal scramble comes with home fries and multi grain toast. The eggs are made with goat cheese and some other ingredients. The goat cheese was not a hit with this. The home fries were cold. I also ordered their popular cinnamon toast latte. I was not a true fan as the coffee used is quite strong ang bitter. I ordered to go and to my suprise I see that this is an Atlas Restaurant Group establishment. Because these folks were nice, I may come back and try something else because this $18 meal was not tasty. It gave me a queasy stomach smelling and eating the eggs with the goat cheese.

Food is brought out to tables, which was really nice. I ordered the seasonal scramble and a banana bread latte, both of which were really good. Everyone else in my group loved their food and drinks as well.

Driving down York Road one day I decided let me finally make a pit stop into Baltoz. An open space counter to see some of the magic in the kitchen, no frills to the restaurant, but a warm and inviting atmosphere for hanging out and enjoying a delicious pizza for dinner. All of the baked goods displayed on the counter entice you to indulge in a sweet treat before ordering a pizza. My first visit I just settled on some cookies and a jalapeno cheddar bagel, since I was on my way elsewhere for dinner. But let me tell you how the chocolate chip cookie instantly became one of my favorite bakery cookies. And the bagel was decadent for my morning breakfast, covered in cheddar cheese with those crispy edges that bake at the base of the bagel. On my second visit I settled on their corn pizza since it was a different flavor combination, and it tasted like a slice of summer. Corn, basil, and ricotta, and you can't go wrong. And the staff has always been really pleasant with each visit. I'm a sucker for baked goods and a wood-fire pizza and I can say Baltoz has stolen my heart. I'm looking forward to trying more of their rotational baked items. And I know for certain their pepperoni pizza has to be a showstopper.
