We used them to renovate and repaint the whole house when we purchased. Extremely satisfied with their work! Very affordable as well.

I would not recommend this company. After having many discussions of what I wanted to be repaired and painted in a new house that we purchased Abiel assured me that his guys would take care of everything. I gave him a deposit at the beginning to pay for the more expensive paint in which later I found out that he did not buy the more expensive paint he bought the contractor's grade paint. Then as I was trying to go over what was needing to be done what I noticed that still hadn't been done he kept on telling me don't worry about it that it'll get taken care of. So the day before we're supposed to move in his guys still needed to clean up and there was still some issues and Abiel asked me for the final payment and when I said the work's not completed he said don't worry my guys will be here tomorrow. His guys never showed and after moving into the house that was only 85% done by his company multiple text messages and voicemails I was ghosted by him. He comes off as a good guy but he's a scammer. His guys didn't finish the job and they left a huge mess for us to clean up. And now I had to pay for someone to fix what he didn't fix. Shame on him. He should be in jail for scamming people. read more

We have used Gonzalez painting for about 17 years. He has done painting, Sheetrock repair, painted cabinets and repaired hardy plank. We have never been anything but absolutely pleased with the quality of work. The employees are pleasant and they always leave the area they worked on spotless. Very disappointed with Gonzales Painting. Abiel (Owner of Gonzales Painting) came out and gave me a bid to paint my house, replace some hardiplank, and re-stain my front door. The price was very competitive and I contracted them to do the job. They did a great job painting the house and replacing the hardiplank but didn't finish the job on the front door re-stain. They started the re-stain but said they had to let it dry before they could put the other coats of stain and sealer on. They said they would be back the next day to finish and asked if I could go ahead and pay them. Having no reason to doubt they would finish I went ahead and paid them for the job. Bad on me. That was the last I saw of them. Multiple calls and messages to Abiel went unanswered. Lesson learned. No matter how reputable the contractor seems, do not pay them until all the work is finished. read more

What a disappointment!  The owner Abiel Gonzalez came to our home on December 10th to give an estimate on painting the kitchen cabinets. We agreed on the price, gave him a $1,000 deposit to begin the work the third week in January.  Never showed in January coming up with multiple excuses that he had scheduling delays and promised to show up February 2nd.  Of course, no correspondence from Abiel about not showing up.  Sent a text that he had been out of town and would be at my house Monday or Tuesday.  Never showed and would not respond to text messages or phone calls.  However, if you call from a different number he will answer the phone.  Abiel Gonzalez is the master of excuses and hiding behind phone calls.  I finally had to threatened him with contacting the district attorney to get my money back.  Do not use him!  He has no intentions of completing the work he makes estimates on. read more

I'm thrilled with the services and results from Mr. Abiel Gonzalez and his crew. SO happy am I that I will be contracting to paint three other rooms. Polite, considerate, knowledgeable, efficient and totally trustworthy are just a few of the best qualities he and his crew exhibited. Mr. Gonzalez helped me to choose the best finishes and colors. He provided great resources to install lights, fans, hardware, and workmen in other areas of home maintenance. We are an older couple and we suffered the loss of our only child last year. I couldn't bring myself to leave this house where all our happy memories live but, it REALLY needed major updates. I was very reluctant to even contemplate the effort it would take to get the work done. Mr. Gonzalez was absolutely the perfect man for this job!! Nothing can heal our loss but our home and our lives have been brightened immeasurably. I would trust him and his staff to complete any job masterfully. We are SO THANKFUL to have chosen his company. I contacted Gonzales Painting in the spring, apparently right before the prep season for summer home sales. They were very busy, but when they got to my job they did quick, professional repairs and painting. I was very impressed with the pricing, owners' knowledge of paint trends and supplies, and workmanship. The list of sub-contractors that they work with appear to also be very good. I would recommend over the others I have used through the years, but plan your job for late summer when they are not so busy with home sale prep. read more

As we were preparing our home to sell. We contacted Abiel Gonzalez from Gonzalez painting. That was the best thing that we could of done. He gave us a quote helped us choose a color and it took off from there. Pricing was reasonable and the work was flawless! His crew worked at lightning speed they filled holes, repaired worn wood, and anything else that needed to be done to make our home look its very best. I am very impressed by Abiel Gonzalez and his crews work. They painted inside top to bottom, stained cabinets, patched holes in sheet rock, put frames around bathroom mirrors. Abiel is very knowledgeable with this type work and he recommended ideas we never thought of. The house now looks like brand new and ready to sell.
