Me cutting my pumpkin off of the vine!

Cannot recommend Goober Bubs enough! My husband and I went Tuesday for my birthday to pick some pumpkins and the family made me feel so special and were all so personable. I had the frozen watermelon lemonade (which was very refreshing), and apple cider donut and it was delicious! I'm also 9 months pregnant and they insisted on giving me a ride down to the pumpkins so I wouldn't have to walk, so sweet and unexpected how they went above and beyond for us! We are really looking forward to coming back in the spring to pick strawberries.

Fabulous place! You only pay for the fruit you pick! Great place for kids to play. Happy families everywhere taking pics and picking strawberries. I hear there are blackberries and pumpkins, too. There's a place for kids to play. Our family had the most fun. You could never pick all the strawberries! We will be back again and again.

Such an awesome time picking strawberries! We have already been twice in one week. They are DELICIOUS!!! My daughter could eat a whole basket to herself. Their fresh strawberry muffins and homemade jam are amazing as well!!! Can't wait to do this every year with my babies. They even have sandboxes and toys for the kids to play with after picking! Planning to do blackberry picking when that opens as well!

Goober Bubs has strawberries and so much more! Everyone who helped us was so friendly and they have everything from parking to paying down to a science. The strawberry baked goods are just as amazing as the perfect strawberries you pick in the fields. Thanks for the family memories. We can't wait to come back!

Delicious strawberry donuts & huge strawberries!

We did get great looking roses from our visit and unfortunately no peaches as we just missed the…read moreseason. There are directions for nothing when you make it. There's nowhere that is obvious to park. If you want to pick roses, you have to ask for the trimmers and a vase. The vase that the man had to go grab in the greenhouse and clean out before he gave it to us. I went there thinking this would be a fun activity with my toddlers. The man who gave us the clippers and vase couldn't keep his eyes off my chest and offered to help me trim my roses and carry the vase for me the whole time... no thanks. The experience we had picking the roses was fun. After we paid I asked for a bag of some sort of wrapping to take them home in instead of the glass vase. He said to "just bring it back if you're in the neighborhood or when you come back". Aside from the creepy interaction... if this place had a bit more organization it could be good! I would not go back

I went there today (end of July) and all the peaches were gone. But I'll know better next year. The…read morefolks there said their yield wasn't their normal. But I had a nice time just walking around, looking at the trees. There were a few raspberries to be picked, but you have to really look. I was also told there were blueberries and tomatoes but they weren't evident to me. It's a nice place. The folks were very welcoming.Theres a little area to the side where you can sit in the shade. You're just in the open field and that's it. There's also some plastic cups that they give you to put your flowers and you can pick/cut your own flowers. 12 or $10. Just a caution if you are not sure footed be careful because it's a little unsteady as you're walking from one area to the next. Wear long pants because as you go through the bushes looking for raspberries, it can get a little scratchy around the ankles. And since it's outdoors, it's extremely hot so make sure you wear a hat, sunscreen, and everything else to be comfortable in this type of weather. I would not recommend bringing any pets because the area is not wide open as you're looking at the roses on the above ground beds or looking for the fruits in the bushes. But I do recommend this place during the high season. Easy to locate. Off the main road and there it is. I would recommend calling before going out there. But yeah I'm glad I went and people were coming in looking for peaches.

I'm a CA transplant and am always searching for a farmers market like in Southern California. I…read morehave yet to find one, but these days I have lowered my expectations to if there are at least 2 vegetable stands - it's a win. Thus this review. I went on a farmer's market weekend recently. I hit 3 in 24 hours. This was by far the best and closest to what I am used to. Let me be clear, this was still maybe a 5 out of 10 to meet the CA market level, but the other 2 I visited were at best 2 out of 10. Why this one - large number of vendors, spread out in a park, multiple musicians playing, and FIVE vegetable stands!! Super happy.

I've only been here a few times over the years and I always forget what a cool experience it is!…read more Sometimes it can get really crowded, parking is easier if you get there between 9-10am. I recommend parking in the lot across the street as opposed to street parking. The sheer amount of vendors is overwhelming and I really love to support local, but I almost feel guilty because there are more vendors than my wallet can afford to support! There is something for everyone though! I love the farmers market aspect of it, lots of fruits, veggies and homemade items. You'll also find honey, sauces, candies and of course there are food trucks and stands. We had some amazing agua fresca on our last visit! There are also about a dozen booths for those of you with a green thumb! Tons of plants and flowers to purchase and some sell seeds, I believe. This is a pet friendly market with a shaded table and water bowls for you to bring your furry friends. Some pets are friendlier than others, but I've never seen anything to be worried about. I wouldn't bring any pets that aren't calm around other animals though. There are several booths with natural, organic and gluten free goodies for your pets. We got a few this last time from two booths and our dogs inhaled them. Lots of fun specialty flavors to be found, and I learned that chewing on chicken feet are apparently great for a dogs teeth. Who knew? There's also a lot for the shopaholic and those who like interesting pieces for your home decor. I saw a few booths that do jewelry, clothing, bags and quilts. I want to take a closer look at the blacksmithing, knife making, pottery and wood work. I was excited to even have those as options! Prices will vary based on the vendor and products, but with so much to explore you're guaranteed a good time! Generally the market hours are every Saturday, April through November from 9am until 1pm. However, there are currently summer hours through Labor Day of 8am to 12pm. Plan accordingly!
