The service was excellent. But perhaps I'm out of touch with cleaners and pricing but $292 to clean 3 smallish rooms and my kitchen seemed like a lot. I didn't hire them to clean my entire house, only my airbnb rooms, but $300 (almost) to clean a large kitchen, small bathroom, small dining room and bedroom, including the hallway seemed like a lot of money. However, they did a spectacular job. Just too pricey for a repeat visit. Make sure you find out how much the job will cost before you book so you don't suffer sticker shock like I did. I recently had Milton's window cleaning crew at my house after a 5 month construction project. It took four guys about 5 hours to thoroughly clean roughly 50 windows, wash out the inside tracks, clean the sills and railings. Milton came out before the job to give me an estimate and he was right on the money. The care and quality of work was excellent and the crew made sure to explain what they were doing and point out any problem areas such as several failed windows that could not be cleaned properly. I just got my second, EXTREMELY deep cleaning of my house completed by a couple of the the lovely crews of Good & Clean team and I couldn't be happier. My windows are spotless, they reached parts of my ceiling that I can never access and they do the high quality, truck mounted steam carpet cleaning. My house feels like new and I am amazed at how they fulfilled all my requests! Good and Clean does a great job. Very professional and dependable. Both the office scheduling staff and the cleaners have always been friendly and efficient. They have cleaned our windows and rugs many times. They recently made a small mistake with respect to one of our rugs, and they took ownership of it in a professional way and made it right. Terrible experience. Products used destroyed glass finish on shower door, caeserstone counter surface permanent damage, discolored brass on stove and copper hood. Stain on carpet and scuff marks on walls which I could remove. Crew appeared to be in a very big hurry. Also, they left lights on and brushes out. Tried to do the right thing with them to see if they could correct. That did not work. read more

The home we had lived in for almost forty-five years was in need of a rescue operation! Like many houses in Marin, ours is built into a steep hillside. With 4 levels and over 20 stairs, beam ceilings and windows that reach into the treetops, cleaning it had always been a major challenge.
