Since Yelp had given us a referral for Rodas House Cleaning for deep cleaning of our bathroom, we called them, agreed on a price and time and a worker came and cleaned our bathroom for 1 and 1/2 hours yesterday morning The cleaning was adequate, not perfect by any means. We gave the worker the amount agreed upon and the husband called screaming at me that this was not the agreed price. She left and an hour later, I noticed my brand new bottle of expensive neck and face cream had been taken and our floor bath mat was also gone. I texted Rodas Cleaning, never received a reply. Two ladies came to clean the house yesterday, in the middle of cleaning I noticed the countertop was stained. one of the ladies had taken the knobs off of the stove sprayed them with a chemical and left them on the wooden counter top. This left a huge stain. I showed the lady during the cleaning time. Daniel the owner came later that day and when it was time to pay I showed him the stain and asked how they would rectify the stain. He agreed to take partial payment and return the next day to clean it. He signed a note saying as such. Today when he was supposed to return at 2:00pm he did not I called him and he returned my call at 2:30pm and stated they would not take responsibility for the damage. He swindled his way into receiving payment under the false pretense of correcting the situation and then reneged on the agreement. They are not a trustworthy business. I will share will my social media followers as well. The ladies did a good job and were nice until it was time to be held accountable. The wife cursed and left angry. They did not speak English so I am not sure what they were saying. They first quoted me $300 and once they got there increased the price to $450 based on the work required. I agreed To the $450. once the work was completed Daniel agreed to receive $300 at the completion of service but would come back the next day for the remaining balance once he fixed the countertop. He now refuses to return and is lying about this experience. Id Daniel came back today as agreed upon this would all be rectified. He is not a trustworthy business. My wife hired this service to clean our house and they did well until they cleaned our oven and air fryer and did not finish cleaning up the liquid they sprayed inside. So all the grease and debris mixed with what ever they sprayed. We tried cleaning it ourselves first before reaching out to Rodas but it become impossible to remove. We then reached out and who ever took our payment and they said it was already like that and then said they'd come into take a look. They didn't come back and they didn't respond after we tried following up. We tried asking about what cleaning solution they used so we could figure out how to clean it ourselves but they were not helpful. I'm giving 2 stars because of the quality of support when they left chemicals inside our oven and air fryer and not wanting to help us fix the problem and then ghosting us. Bedsides that, everything else was good so please make sure you inspect their work before they leave in case they forget to finish cleaning something. Hopefully this review gets their attention and they'll either take a look at the problem like they promised or provide some type of solution. I was a quoted $180 for a cleaning of my home which was reasonably priced and I was okay with that. It was a mother and son that cleaned my home. Cleaning was just decent as they cleaned the bathroom tub, kitchen stove stove and oven which I was pleased with. As for the rest of the house, cleaning that included mopping and dusting it could have been done better myself. There was no mop and bucket but more just a swifter knockoff mop and a spray bottle with diluted solution or just water for all I know. So would I consider that mopping? No, it is more of just spreading of bacteria throughout the house. Certain areas that were not as visible of dust were neglected. You can tell they cut a few corners and did not clean the house thoroughly. Just the BARE MINIMUM with the cleaning If not less. Maybe they were on a time crunch. I had wished I went with a different cleaning company as the owner had noted this would be a deep cleaning. read more

Hardworking family business. Had a vacated rental property in poor condition, and Rodas house cleaning was very responsive and friendly to work with. They did a deep clean. The home was spotless upon their departure, amazing work! Would highly recommend for any home cleaning. read more

What a horrible experience. Booked a move out cleaning over a week ago for 9 am this morning. Confirmed with the owner Thursday evening. 9:30 rolls around and no team. I call the owner and he says "The ladies took the wrong address." He calls me back and asks if I can do another day. It's the last day of my lease so no, I can't. Not only that, he doesn't even offer an apology. Just blames his team. What a crook. We agree on 2pm "2:00, 2:10...you know a little extra time." Well, it's 2:40 and no sign of anyone and he won't pick up my calls. What an unprofessional business that leaves people hanging. Whatever you do, choose anyone else. read more

I have to begin this review by saying how underrated this team of professionals are. They are bang on value for money, prompt in replying to messages on Yelp and extremely reliable. I wanted a basic cleaning service for my 5 bed house in San Francisco. Catch was I was looking one day before moving in. No one else followed up and the ones did quoted obnoxious rates. I was pleased that Rodas cleaning service not only responded but followed up with time and were dot on time as promised. For my 5 bed house they sent 2 women professionals along with all supplies. The only issue was that they didn't speak English, so it was difficult to communicate if I wanted a spot cleaned. But nothing to worry about because they did a good job. Amazing! Great value, and they did an incredible job with my move-out cleaning. 12 years later and the place looked better than when I rented it 12 years ago! The drip pans on the stove were restored completely back to the shiny gray enamel they started with, and the cleaners removed ALL of the black burnt on residue from every burner. The inside and outside of the stove and refrigerator look brand new! And both appliances are decades old!! They cleaned in many overlooked places, back of drawers, deep inside cabinets, door frames, etc. They left the place smelling so fresh and clean, with no nasty chemical smell. I highly recommend Rodas House Cleaning, as they helped with a move-out cleaning. They were very prompt and arrived before the appointment time. They were also very through with cleaning; from baseboards, cabinets, drawers (they found a few not emptied and helped pack up the contents), floor vacuuming/sweeping/mopping. They left the house extremely clean and ready for the new home owners. The cleaning staff was very courteous and the owner was very kind with follow up and communication.
