I would never lie about what I post and can't believe this place would say that. I try my best to not complain, but when a house cleaner charges you $380 for a house cleaning (which I have proof in front of my ring doorbell camera) and does a job that is worth nothing is disappointing. I am not worried about getting the money back which is why I told them about their bad job in the first place (they have stated it is on their time between work anyway. I was already disrupted by them when they showed up at a time I did not approve for cleaning anyway). This place is very disappointing and has horrible customer service skills. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I'm sorry your mom comes in and makes people feel like she's a nice old lady just so they feel bad about complaining about the fine details. But when you quote $165 for a house cleaning, charge $380, then hide dishes in the sink, not clean the dishwasher, not clean any dirt on the walls, fan or bathroom you can't say you are proud of your work. Disappointing they treat me this way. I have also not received any refund since I feel bad for the company and how they treat people, I also work hard and manage a team and cannot be on their time every single time. I see why other people write the same review about time being an issue. Other than that yes they are nice people. But this is about the quality of work of the business, not on any person. read more

To be fair, cleaners did a great job cleaning, but the communication has been a nightmare. Owner told me it's not realistic to expect a heads up when cleaners are two hours late and that he has no way to keep track of the staff. He also said since they're located in the North Bay and Im in SF, I can't expect them to arrive within the time window, even though it's supposedly in their service area. Today they were over two hours later than the end of the window he gave me, and I had to call twice to even find that out. No proactive communication at all. Even though they have good prices and cleaning, the inconvenience that's been caused by this happening three separate times has forced me to choose another cleaner. Maybe if you have a very open schedule where people can show up to your home at wildly different intervals and you love tracking down businesses via phone, it'd be worth it? read more

We haven't cleaned thoroughly for a few years due to illness and being very busy. Dalila and team did a great job in a moldy shower, greasy kitchen floor, dirty woodwork and a very dusty old house in general. The oven and microwave are beautiful and bathroom bright and fresh.
