Their owner, Coleman, is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about both his product and the people he serves. The installers are meticulous, showing great care and attention to detail during both removal and installation of windows and doors. Their craftsmanship really stands out. What sets Eagle Window apart, though, is their character. I had a client who was a single mom, and just before escrow closed, we discovered the rear slider door would not lock. Coleman didn't hesitate--he essentially provided the slider door at no cost to ensure she felt safe in her home with her three kids. This company goes beyond glass. They embody old-fashioned values: doing business the right way and treating people like they truly matter. I can't think of anyone else I'd rather work with or recommend.

We wanted Andersen windows and our first quote was from the national Andersen Window advertisement we always get in the mail. We were shocked by the price to replace only 8 of the 12 windows in our house. Our second quote was from Ryan at Eagle Window and Doors. The price quote for all twelve of our windows was approximately 1/3 of the price quoted for only 8 windows. Eagle proceeded to do the work, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Eagle was easy to work with and very helpful in researching what kind of Andersen windows we wanted - we got different glass types for different facing windows which makes our house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. It has been two years now and we couldn't be happier. Our electric bill is much lower and we have had no problems whatsoever. Installation was quick and professional. All our neighbors commented on how good our windows looked. Eagle Windows and Doors did a wonderful job and the value was outstanding. They certainly deserve the highest rating!

Do NOT hire Jared from American Eagle Handyman. He caused serious damage to my property and took no…read moreresponsibility for fixing it. I originally hired Jared for a few basic jobs which went fine. Based on that, I trusted him with another simple project: patching drywall and doing touch-up paint in my rental before new tenants moved in. We did not have the original paint, so Jared told me to bring a paint chip to the store to get it color matched. I followed his instructions exactly. He even gave me the paint chip to take in. But instead of testing the paint first, he applied it directly to the walls and left mismatched patches in every single room of my house. The color was clearly wrong and completely inconsistent with the original. He never stopped to check. What should have been a quick job and a simple trip back to Home Depot to get the right color turned into a major problem. To make matters worse, he did not even finish the work he was hired to do. In several rooms, he left patches of putty unsanded and unpainted. So not only did he damage the walls, he also left the original job incomplete. When my new tenants sent me photos of the chaos they walked into on move-in day, I immediately confronted Jared. Despite having every right to demand that he fix it for free, I still tried to work out a compromise. I offered to pay him something reasonable to fix the damage, just to get it resolved quickly. Instead, he tried to charge me $1800 to fix the mess he created and continued to blame me for buying the paint, even though I followed his directions exactly. When Jared "refused to work with me", I brought in a professional painter. The painters were shocked by the poor quality and pointed out clear signs of carelessness. They matched the paint correctly, fixed Jared's entire mess in four hours, and did the job for a fraction of Jared's quote - which was sixteen hours of work. Jared was negligent, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take accountability. See for yourself what Jared considers "quality and complete" in the photos. Avoid him at all costs. Personal note to Jared: You seem like a nice guy, but treating members of the community this way is not okay. Karma is real.

However, I was overcharged by at least $110. More concerning, four very large baskets that I paid for are missing from my pantry. A Bee Organized employee came to my home and confirmed that the baskets are missing. Despite this verification, Megan at Bee Organized has refused to issue a refund and informed me that the case is "closed." Charging a client for products that are not in their home -- even after confirming they are missing -- is unacceptable. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, but the company has refused to take responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering Bee Organized to carefully review all charges and inventory before making final payment.

Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.
