No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.

I do not recommend 24HR Flood Pros. They charged me over $7000 even though their equipment did not…read morework properly. I called them in the middle of the night after a water damage incident in my home. At first, they were very nice, but that seemed to change once they learned how much my insurance policy would cover for mitigation. Initially, it appeared they were carefully cleaning up and packing my belongings. However, when I later began sorting through everything, I found that they had packed firewood from my fireplace, along with blankets and pillows, into sealed moving boxes, while my family photos and other precious items were thrown into large trash bags. I was charged hundreds of dollars for them to box and seal pillows and blankets, which made no sense. The appropriate thing to do would have been to place the bedding in bags and protect family heirlooms and sentimental items in boxes. There was even a stack of firewood right outside my back door, yet instead of simply adding the fireplace wood to that pile, they packed it into boxes. The entire packing process felt careless and unreasonable. When I called to question these decisions, I was told that once they realized my policy covered so little, they were trying to save me money. That response only made the situation worse, because it implied that if I had better coverage, they would have prolonged or inflated the work. They also strongly pushed me to let them take and store my personal belongings for an additional fee, even though I had dry areas in my home where items could have remained safely. On top of that, some of the equipment they brought was not functioning properly. I reported it immediately and was told someone would come out to correct the issue, but no one did. I was still charged for that equipment. My adjuster told me he had never heard of this company, and after experiencing their unprofessional and disappointing service, I can understand why. I will never use 24HR Flood Pros again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
