Had the opportunity to try Good Day Cafe. Located in O' Fallon, MO Good Day Cafe brings a small country diner feeling and a awesome experience. Located in a strip mall near Highway K and N, Good Say Cafe has great service with reasonable prices. We visited in a Saturday morning and was able to get a table during the breakfast rush. Good Day Cafe does have limited seating and recommend calling ahead if you have a large group wanting to visit. When reviewing the menu all the traditional dishes you expect to find in a classic diner as well as some great skillets to choose from. We ordered a few classic dishes and everything was delicious, and perfectly portioned. Our server was very friendly and gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meal with checking in on us frequently. This is a really small restaurant but the food is delicious. The service is great too! We didn't take any pictures of our food but it all tasted great. I got the meat lovers skillet and added gravy to the side and it came with toast. My husband got the sunrise and he liked his as well! We will definitely be coming back! read more

This is a nice little neighborhood spot off the beaten path. Although they fill up, the lines aren't as long as other breakfast spots in O'Fallon, MO. I get my eggs basted. Many cooks don't know what that is, but the cook here nails it. The service is pretty quick, with little to no waiting for take out orders called in. This is really a good place. read more

In search of a new breakfast place two days after Christmas, we found this diner. 13 tables in the entire restaurant. We only had to wait outside a few minutes for a table. People were constantly shuffling in as soon as a table left. Debbie, the only waitress, seemed to keep everything in check. She was very vocal and I quite enjoyed it. A chef came out to help and took our order. Quick, friendly service. The food was really good and the portions of bacon and toast were larger than usual with a standard breakfast, four pieces each. We found this place an Apple Maps and decided to give it a try. We entered the restaurant such a cute little place. I loved it. Small diner with maybe 10 tables, reminded me of one of this old diners from back in the day!! The food was delicious. I had a skillet breakfast with a side of pancakes. My husband had an omelet and biscuits and gravy! I would highly recommend this pace. It does not have you fancy coffee and your boozie drinks but it's okz it has a home feeling to it. My wife and I like to try all of the local breakfast restaurants in the area. The Good Day Cafe is small inside, but it feels really homey. The menu's are under plexiglass at the table so there is no need to worry if you have a germ phobia. The menu is pretty routine. Standard pancakes , eggs, bacon etc. The food is really good and filling and the prices are reasonable. Very friendly staff as well. If you are in the area, give them a try. read more

1st time at this location, found them online and highly disgusted. I called in a togo order and when I walked in the entire restaurant from the staff to the customers was just staring at me. After standing at the counter for a while 2 worker's just looked and walked past me. I ordered a double up, my eggs was wrong and barely had any potatoes and on top of that they were burnt and scraps. As you can see from the image I posted on Google and Yelp. The whole staff is attentive and they hustle! My husband and I went on Mother's day and it was packed out but we got in within 15 minutes. Deb was our waitress and she was on point! This is a hidden gem on Hwy K in O'Fallon. The best breakfast we have had in St.Charles County! We go back every time we are in town. The country fried steak breakfast is our favorite and best we have eaten, consistently delicious. Real home fries and generous portions, eggs cooked perfectly! Very clean little place with friendly and helpful wait staff! The best, highly recommend! I went here for the first time the other day and had a great breakfast. It is a very simple spot that reminds me of a place I used to go when I was little. The breakfast taste homemade and was great. Started out cold & drafty, but waitress said she was hot &sweaty, and not allowed to touch thermostat (another did, but to no avail)..said they were short handed, but chatted at length with customers while others were waiting at checkout counter...she sipped her drink while on the "floor" (dining area), and sat down while taking an order...R U serious?...looks like customers are second priority to employees? My husband and I have been regulars for quite a while now. The food is definitely good and the new owners seem very nice. Unfortunately there is one waitress whom is not very friendly; however, we kept coming to support a small business. Today, I was told she would come fill my drinks when it was convenient for her: and she was beyond rude when she said it. I was left speechless and we just left. The place is small and its literally a few steps away. She has always been rude, but today we had enough. Unless the owners can get her to change her rude attitude we wont be back. Its a shame because it does have good food. Oh, and we always leave a 50% tip or more. Very disappointed. read more
