Just in today's orders the broccoli and cheese soup was noticeably a lot more watery. I was given soggy, stale crackers - literally no crunch, just mush. And my brownie had a some strands of hair in it, so we're obviously not wearing hair nets (probably gloves either). And for the record that's not my hair type, color or length. The one positive was that the order was ready by the committed time so I can give a star for that but the totality of everything else is the reason I won't be returning.
