The mochi doughnuts have a different texture than I expected and aren't like your typical doughnuts. More firm but less airy. It's a good middle ground between regular doughnuts. The other two were great as well and tasted like described. Next time I plan on coming in earlier, so I can try more. They usually have a ton more flavors according to their menu. I watched as the employee used their phone with their gloved hand and grabbed our donuts without switching to new gloves. We ordered a 6 pack partially for the benefit of a discount with a larger order and asked to separate them due to flavor preferences. We were charged extra (they dropped the discount for a larger order) without being informed and when asked, they provided a reason of "like these boxes cost money, I don't know how to explain it." I don't plan on going there again, there's a place in Lincoln that's well worth the drive.
