avocado, salmon, toast with egg whites

I tried the location on 120th and Blondo. We were seated and got our drink orders in right away. I tried their salmon avocado toast & egg whites. The avocado is really creamy and they don't skimp on it. I was feeling full when I left, but hungry a couple hours later. Oh well, I know I'll be back with more of breakfast choices.

Le Peep has always been a brunch staple! The service is wonderful and everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. I love each of the locations but NorthPark is my favorite. It's so cute in there and love all the windows. Today I had the Down Home Sausage Pie and it was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and that Oatmeal Cookie latte was phenomenal! Could easily be on their menu all year round! :) 10/10 experience! Keep up the great work, peeps!

I've been to Le Peep around 20 times now, and it never disappoints. The food is always great, and the service is always friendly. Our last server was super sweet and attentive. The only downside is the wait time, especially on weekends, but I'm always willing to wait because I know it's worth it.

Food was really good, service was slow, the 20% auto gratuity was kind of annoying but our large party had a private room so that was nice, additionally this was a $31 breakfast, absolutely overpriced

My mother and law LOVED our experience here! We both got lattes and they were amazing. She had the eggs benedict and I had the biscuits and gravy. Both were AMAZING. Our server was very kind and attentive and the service was quick! The overall atmosphere was calm and kind with multiple people checking on us a few times. The staff all seemed happy to be there. I will definitely be coming back!

Le Peep is a favorite breakfast spot for myself and my kid that keeps us coming back! We usually try to go later to avoid the breakfast rush, which we seemed to accomplish this visit. While our waitress was polite enough, service was a bit on the slow side, considering how very few customers were there at the time. It wasn't too cold this time either, which sometimes is an issue for me at this particular location, so that made our meal even more enjoyable. We usually start our breakfast with the Gooey Buns. How can anyone pass up cinnamon with brown sugar and toasted almonds? This particular order, though, was not their best. It had been overcooked and was difficult to cut and a bit on the dry side. My main course was the Le Petite Toast and it was good! As was my bacon - extra crispy. The French Toast was perfectly cooked and dusted with powdered sugar. It was the perfect breakfast for a cold winter morning.

Service | Cinnamon Roll Pancakes | Chill Service - The service we received was pretty bad. We had to wait 10 minutes from when we sat down until we talked to our server despite talking with 2 other servers in our area. It put a bad taste in our mouths initially. The place was moderately busy on a Saturday morning around 9:30 AM. The server was adequate once she showed up. But, it was definitely a low light for the meal. Cinnamon Roll Pancakes - REALLY REALLY GOOD. Their pancakes are sizeable. I had two and was pretty full. Monica had the Pancake of the day -Strawberry Cheesecake. We shared one pancake each and both were delicious. We highly recommend the pancakes because they are filling and their advertised flavors matched or exceeded our expectations. Chill - Overall this place is very low-key. The wait staff brings out pitchers of water and a craft of Coffee (when ordered). Therefore, it is meant for you to indulge for a while and hang out after your meal. We hung out for about 10 minutes after we finished our meal. The two couples beside us finished their meals when we arrived and didn't leave until we left. Therefore, they were just hanging out and enjoying the coffee for at least 60-70 minutes. Pro tip: Tons of parking - therefore, you have a lot of options. However, the later you wait the more difficult it is because the parking lot is shared amongst 5-8 other businesses. Pro tip: There is a back room which has a bit more space for all of their tables and is less noisy. Monica and I sat there and recommend you do as well. Especially if you want to have good conversation.

I've been here for breakfast a few times now, and I always get quick and friendly service! I especially enjoy their fancy coffee offerings, I like the iced cafe vienna with almond milk. Today, I had the lemon ricotta pancakes with eggs and sausage. The pancakes were huge! Definitely recommend this place for a casual breakfast or brunch.

Food was tasty, a pretty average good breakfast. The service was friendly and quick. I enjoyed the food and experience.

    Spinnaker Omelet with Hashbrowns
    Sheree H.

I enjoyed my brunch at LePeep in North Park! I'm a sucker for hash browns and and omelets so I chose the Spinnaker with broccoli added, which wasn't a big up-charge. The tomato slice on top really set it off! My server was friendly and prompt, and seated me right where I wanted the moment I walked in. I also liked that the music wasn't loud so guests can talk to each other. Needless to say, I will be back!

So let me start this review by saying I have never been a huge fan of Pickleman's. I only ever had…read morethem catered in to work events and they were very lackluster, basic sandwiches. However, when I tried them for myself outside of catering, I actually was semi pleasantly surprised with the options on offer. Yes, they do have those basic sandwiches that were catered in (if you like that, I mean) - but they also have a lot of other items you can add onto sandwiches when you order for yourself. I tried the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich, and added mayo and black olives, and removed the onions. It was actually pretty delicious, but still kind of basic when compared to other sandwich shops in town (Potbelly is my favorite of the similar ones to Pickleman's) I also ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese (I know, more pulled pork??). It was alright, but was cold when I got it home, so maybe the container they put it in doesn't retain heat so well. Basic Mac and cheese with a tiny bit of pulled pork on top and bbq sauce. If you couldn't tell, I ordered a few side things in case the sandwich was gross. I also grabbed the Broccoli Cheese soup. Now, when it comes to broccoli cheese soups, the one I measure them all against is the Panera one that comes in a bread bowl. And this was nothing compared to that. Kind of bland and also cold. Now I know you're saying "couldn't you just heat up these cold items?" And to that I say "I shouldn't have to do that, when I literally live a block from the store!" The one bright spot was that the cookies I ordered I ordered were actually pretty good - soft, flavorful, and pretty inexpensive. I would get those again, but not much else from Pickleman's.

DP ordered Lemon Berry Pancakes, a plate-filing short stack of goodness. I'd like to say it tasted as good as it looked, but I couldn't tell as DP chowed down like a hound from hell. In a good way, of course. She did allow me to share her Maple Braised Bacon (meaning that I was able to snatch a piece while she wasn't looking). Really, really fine, something I'd definitely order again. For me. Not to share. I had the Schnitzel Bennie with tart cherry jam and lemon hollandaise. Sound unusual? Tasted great! My only gripe was that the pork cutlet was a bit small and could have used a bit more seasoning in the breading. Would I order it again? You betcha! Service was fast and efficient. The decor was quirky and inviting but the space was loud enough that it was really hard to carry a conversation. Overall rating: yahoo!

We said first available seats, which ended up being at the end of the bar. More about that later... I ordered the vegan standard and hubs ordered the banana bread French toast. The server was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner, considering the place was packed. Regarding the vegan standard, it seems they have cut back on the amount of tofu scramble and increased the amount of hashbrowns, which was a little bit disappointing. As usual it was very tasty though! I tried a bite of the hubs French toast and it was VERY unique and tasty! II will be getting that next time. I was disappointed to hear that they haven't brought back the vegan biscuits and gravy, but maybe once again they will! So the food was great but our experience, not so much, based on where we were sitting. I feel like they should not even use the last spot at the bar to seat a patron. Right next to where I was sitting is the place they bring the clean silverware to dry it off, then they would toss it into the silverware holder. The noise was very annoying and they did nothing to try to even be quiet about it. The other thing about that location is the register is pretty much right in your face, like 15 inches directly in front of me and someone was pretty much there the whole time. Other areas of the bar wouldn't be quite so bad, but next time we will wait longer to get a table or sit at the bar top that looks outside instead of at all the workers doing their thing and talking to each other. Other than the location of where we sat this visit, this is still one of our top spots for a yummy vegan breakfast, and we will be back!
