I politely asked to speak with the manager and was initially told that the manager did not speak English. About 15 minutes later, the manager called me back, apologized for the situation, and offered me a free meal the next time I come in. I do appreciate that she took the time to call me back and try to make things right. However, the experience has left me questioning whether I can trust that my order will be prepared correctly and that I will receive the food I actually ordered. At this point, a free meal doesn't really resolve that concern. I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service is demonstrated by how those mistakes are handled. I would have expected a simple apology and a reasonable solution without requiring me to make another 20-mile round trip to correct an error I did not make. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Lucky House and do not plan to return. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both order accuracy and customer service in the future

I know the difference between a hole in the bottom of a container and the opening of the container. I also asked if they had a new cook because of the bad quality and the woman said it was the same cook as always. Regardless, I will never buy food from there again. It's too bad because there just aren't any good Chinese places on the far west in Sun City. I'd advise anyone thinking about eating at Chen Wok to find another place...and then let me know about it. I'm bummed.

Not only was I scared, but my son started crying and my 70 year old mother began wheezing and breathing fast... they literally ran out of the restaurant as we were getting into our car and kept yelling & recording! What are the odds that a manager like that is going to allow poorly cooked food out of his kitchen? Every dish was excellent .Out of the 4 entrees we got the House special chicken (which he asked my wife to try and I didn't order) was the best of all. The other 3 and the rice were all excellent as well. They use the right amount of oil and seasonings. Everything fresh and no pools of oil. I probably order Chinese food 2-3 times per year on average. I might up that to once a month or so now that I've found Shanghai. I didn't meet the manager or possibly owner but I wanted to give a shout out to the exemplary service and food.
