Super fast service and good food. Portion sizes are massive, so show up hungry. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very spacious and easy to order, there is a separate entrance for To-Go/Pickup orders.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

You went back to the restaurant again to get some takeout. We enjoy the shrimp fried rice and the chicken fried rice. We also wanted to try something different so we ordered the egg foo young which comes with 3 to 4 large patties. You could choose any type of meats you would like with a side of steamed rice and gravy this time. We did get enough soy sauce. Our only complaint is that the egg foo young patties were overcooked in the restaurant was not busy at all. It was only about six people in the restaurant in the future. Just make sure that the food is made properly and I left in the oil too Long.

The location is great, very close to our everyday shopping and easy to find. When we first entered, we were unsure if they wanted us to wait to be seated. Even though we sat ourselves they attended to us right away. The waitress was soft spoken and polite. We didn't have to wait for our drinks or food. It was as fast as drive through. So much food and so good! This spot looked like a mom-pop owned restaurant, we like supporting small businesses. Overall a 4.5!

Fantastic orange chicken, its very lightly breaded, not thick like most, and its delicious. Its flavorful, tender and steaming hot just like I like it. Im impressed with the orange chicken, im coming here for chinese, taste fresh. Everything is good so far! Egg roll, wonton, and soup. Also had mushu vegi, another great dish, the wraps are soft and warm and vegis just right, not to soft. This is definitely a very good , fresh , made to order authentic Chinese food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of room, can have large groups, its clean and plenty of parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Waiters were nice and checked on us often, thank you. Im here for lunch on a Wednesday 1ish, they are pretty busy with pick-up orders, its constant. Definitely coming back.

Wok Wei is a casual dining restaurant off Estrella Boulevard just south of I-10. We stopped in a little after the dinner hour Friday and were seated promptly. Our drink orders were taken and we perused the menu. My wife had the pineapple chicken. We started with some egg drop soup while we waited for our entrees. It was quite good. I had the Mongolian chicken. Most Chinese menus have a pepper next to their Mongolia dishes indicating they're spicy, but they aren't. At Wok Wei the Mongolian chicken is hot (mild, but there is definite heat). I loved it. My wife had the pineapple chicken and she thought it was a little bland. Service was very good. We'll be back.

We love getting takeout from Wok Wei. The food is always delicious and they give big portions plus service is fast. I always opt for the combo because it comes with an egg roll and cream cheese puffs. I often get the sweet and sour chicken or kung pao chicken. I tried the chicken with green beans and black bean sauce for the first time recently and it was very good. Highly recommend this place!

I was disappointed in my dinner tonight! The rice was a 6 it was hard and clumpy. The sesame chicken was nasty. I would rate it a 2. It was chewy and bread like. I actually was grossed out. Im just disappointed I spent $26. And went to bed hungry.

We just moved to Goodyear and this place was so good big servings and full of flavor. Service was fast and friendly [[HIGHLIGHT]]restaurant was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely delicious and will be going back soon.

The food is decent. Can't go wrong with orange chicken, but there have been times when you can taste that the vegetables have been sitting in a poorly temp frig and is infused in the taste. The male manager/owner has on some occasion been very rude and they tend to not have the greatest turn around on refilling drinks. Let it be slow and maybe you will be treated well. Too bad so sad it been one too many for my liking.

    Egg drop soup

This is so good bro please get this it is like the most amazing food I've ever tasted. My favorite is the egg drop soup and the orange chicken.

I was pleasantly surprised at the food here at Wok Wei. I didn't expect it to be so busy on a Thursday night, but the restaurant was jam packed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bustling ambience was awesome.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Always a great sign! While the prices are slightly high, the portions are huge and tasted great. The service impeccable and all of the staff seemed to genuinely happy to provide great service. I will be back!

The level of customer care and taste of food changed. Not for the worst, but different. My last visit this month for an order of shrimp fried rice was my final straw and I will find somewhere else to find some food. It has been a very slow spiral downward with the quality of food. I am talking years where the consistency was slipping. Then last month it was as if they forgot what they were doing. What was served to me was edible, but nowhere near what I have been given in the past. I hope it was a bad day for the kitchen for the establishment's sake! Call in takeout orders have been a speed bump. You call in and you're quoted a time of when your order will be ready. You pay for your order when you get there. Then the clock starts. It totally defeats the purpose of the original quoted timeframe.

And I used to go at least three times a month with my family I decided to give them another try because they had remodeled last year and I figured maybe things got better. Nope it actually got worse. I went in at 3 PM on a Thursday so for one adult with a drink, it cost me a little over $20. I was seated fairly fast the sushi was just ok, I did not do the Mongolian barbecue because there weren't that many options.. I started off with some Mi Fun and a few pieces of everything else that I would've considered eating. With the exception of the sesame chicken and the teriyaki chicken all the other chicken was extremely dry. The tilapia fish was so over fried (or had sit there so long?) that the fish was dried out and the outer part and skin was so dry.. I would've thought that they had tried to dehydrate this. It was so dried out . It was just hard and I was unable to even chew it for fear of breaking my teeth. The pepper beef had no bell pepper in it the few pieces I had either were all fat or were so stringy too bad too because the sauce was tasty, even though it didn't have any bell pepper taste to it. I ended up spitting it into my napkin. the majority of my food I ended up spitting into a napkin or back onto my plate. The only saving grace was their barbecued ribs, which were moist juicy and had a thick sticky coating on it. So much so I had to ask for some water so I could wet a napkin and wipe my hands. But it was good. The worst part is halfway through my meal a man sat down in the booth in front of me, pulled out a large Bluetooth speaker and started playing Hispanic news and music. It was loud enough that it drowned out the sound of the loud music that was coming from the restaurant speakers. I did complain about this to the people at the front desk as I was leaving. And they said "oh the guy with the speaker?" Which meant that they knew he had a speaker and was playing it. The same gentleman that was playing the speaker had gotten up in the middle of his meal when he went to get food and stopped to talk to a bunch of different people sitting down at different tables, but I was unable to tell what they were saying as it was not English. But the guests he would talk to seemed bothered/uncomfortable. Oh, on a sidenote there was somebody panhandling sitting against the building in front of the handicap parking spaces playing music on his guitar. I had hoped after the remodel that the restaurant would clean up its act and at least make people have the illusion of safety. But the parking lot just doesn't feel safe. And the whole experience was just very frustrating for me. So my attempt to give this company one more try was a big failure. I have now put this on my "never go again" list.

Now, to be fair, their food wasn't *bad*, but it just wasn't as impressive as other places. Especially their sushi offerings- they know that most of the people eating here aren't going in for a solid selection of nigiri, so they have plenty of rolls, but that's about it. Their dessert selection was quite small as well. Comparison is the death of joy, but when deciding where to go for a buffet it's hard not to compare the various options in the Valley. For our money, we'll be going elsewhere. Service was fine, as far as buffets go, but the ambiance might not appeal to everyone. As another reviewer wrote, there was a man panhandling in the parking lot, but considering the area that probably won't be a huge turnoff to most potential clientele. If you live close and like a nice buffet, then come on by and give 'em a shot, but if you're driving in from somewhere else, maybe consider other options.
