The descriptions are on the top of the glass guard so they won't be visible in the photos. My basic favorites were the salt pepper fried shrimp, teriyaki chicken, probably because these are solid and consistent. Good execution on the fry, not too floury or greasy. They also had some surprisingly good tilapia, cut in large crosspieces and lightly pan fried. I'm not a huge seafood person but they had fried crab clusters, clams, shrimp boil (seasoning will not be at a specialty standard), cold shrimp, salt pepper shrimp, fried butterfly shrimp, a few other shrimp offerings, baked salmon, fried fish sticks, pan fried tilapia, baked fish, I feel like I saw some octopus?
